Richie's always does the best work and very trust worthy.

Poor customer service response. Called their office and was told that they would text us back availability and that their truck was in the shop. Never received a call back or text after waiting two weeks and leaving an additional message for a return call. Then we are told that you only work 8am to 5pm five days a week. You are closed more than my bank is. No wonder you aren't getting back to people. You only work the times when people are also at work. Do you really expect people to take the day off work to use your service when every other pest control company works the weekend? This just doesn't make sense when you are running a business.

Zero stars! What a complete joke. Serviced my house for termites. Wasn’t successful. Termites reappeared. I was within the contract dates to have it resolved again but the owner refused to re-treat. They don’t hold up to their contracts and have shady characters with no experience show up to your house.

Ever since I became a Realtor, I have used Ritchie! He and his staff know there stuff. They are hard working and honest people. This is a family run business that cares! I would highly recommend using them for any termite or pest control needs that you have.

We called Richie's service to do a termite inspection at our home we were selling near Yucaipa. The owner himself came out on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The future owners wanted the dry rot on the wood by the roof fixed and Richie sent him team out that week! They did a great job making the repairs blend in with the existing wood. Great attitudes and cleaned up area perfectly. So when we moved to our new home up the mountain we called Richie to come out to do an inspection for mice because we had mouse feces everywhere in the new home! He showed me the entry points the mice were coming in and how to block the holes myself! He did not even charge me for the visit and said it was a beautiful drive up the hill!! I highly recommend this company!
