Pink Xterminators, Inc.

When we bought our home, the sellers used Pink Xterminators for treatment and prevention of termites during closing. We sold the home 18 months later and decided to use Pink again for our termite clearance since we figured they could stand by their work. Instead, they gave us a quote for $2,000 worth of termite damage that needed repair before they could provide clearance for the sale. Our agent reached out and asked why we were being charged so much for damages on a very small home that they worked on for repairs and prevention just 18 months ago. They sent us a lower quote for around $1,500. We had them make the repairs and do more preventative work. Fast forward to closing and the receipt they gave me shows that we paid $95 less than what we were charged for repairs because the $95 we paid for the initial inspection goes towards repairs if any are needed. The problem is, the receipt doesn't show WHY we paid $95 less than what was charged for repairs. Our escrow company, our real estate agent, and myself all tried COUNTLESS times to get ahold of them to confirm that the account was paid in full. After 2 months none of us have been able to reach anyone at the company. Our escrow company couldn't close unless they charged us $95 to send to Pink to make sure the account was paid in full. They are now holding a check for Pink and have been continually trying to get ahold of the company to release the check to them, or cancel it if they can confirm that the account was, in fact, paid in full. They have called and emailed several times with no response. I have called and emailed dozens of times with no response. When I call it always goes to voicemail and I can't leave a message because their voicemail box is full. It is impossible to get ahold of them. So, unless you want to hire someone to do a questionable job and then disappear and never be able to reach them again, don't hire Pink Xterminators.

I had a really frustrating experience with Pink Xterminators. Communication was poor from the start calls and messages went unanswered, and scheduling was unreliable. When service was finally provided, it felt rushed and unprofessional, and the pest issue wasn’t resolved at all. For the price charged I expected much better customer service and follow-through. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and still dealing with the same problem. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or consistent pest control.

The customer service was honestly great, but the job itself was done very poorly. I showed some photos to a friend who’s worked in pest control for years, and he said they clearly rushed the work and it won’t last long. I’ve tried calling multiple times but haven’t been able to get in touch at all. I left several voicemails but still received no response. The technician I had was super nice, but the quality of the work was just horrible. If I don’t get a call back or a replacement, I definitely won’t recommend this place.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Once I found out exactly who handled my check today, I immediately decided to report them to management. This person’s behavior is completely unacceptable, and they deserve to be fired without question. If the management fails to take action, it will show they tolerate incompetence.

One of them almost harmed me but when I went to go report it nothing happened….is it because its family owned????

I didn't have a good experience with them at all...I'm located near Fullerton area. They were rude and the service was poorly done. I tried calling them and they do not answer. I've been calling from 3-4 o'clock clock trying to see if they can redo the work but no answer and they close at 4:30.

Absolutely terrible service. Communication is nearly nonexistent — they rarely answer the phone and almost never respond to texts. I was enrolled in a routine maintenance plan specifically to prevent pest issues, yet appointments were constantly canceled at the last minute or they simply didn’t show up at all. I’ve been a customer for quite some time, hoping things would improve, but this has been a consistent, ongoing problem. Reliability and communication are basic expectations for a service like this, and they fail at both. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable pest control.

They were supposed to come out to my house, never came. I went to the grocery store and I see them at the parking lot smoking and talking…..
