I called TRIPS after discovering a potential rat issue in our garage, and Alex arrived the very next day. He was incredibly thorough, setting up traps and inspecting the entire perimeter for entry points. After catching a few rats, the activity stopped completely. I’ve continued using Alex’s service for ongoing maintenance and pest control ever since. He always arrives with a smile and takes great pride in his work. Alex did an amazing job with termite fumigation. He goes above and beyond, repaired wood as well. We got 3 different quotes and Alex had best price. He is very knowledgeable and provided best treatment. He's addressed all of our concerns. We were really worried about the whole process and having to leave home for fumigation but he and his team did a great job and we know we left our house in good hands.

Alex came on a Sunday to remove a live rat in my attic when no other company was available. He was very kind, professional and prompt. He provided great prices and has a heart to help people when they most need it. I almost lost hope finding a company in an emergency but Alex came through and got the rat with no issues. He did a cursory assessment on the house and showed me areas that were vulnerable as well.

Alex (TRIPS) has been taking care of our pest control needs for many years. He is NICE, but more importantly he is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and HONEST. He can do anything related to pest control and he makes sure it’s done correctly. He’s also suggested things we can do ourselves to minimize issues with flying bugs, for example, when he could have just scheduled us for more frequent (and expensive) service. Call him! You’ll be glad you did.

Trips Exterminating did some repairs on my roof that had damages from water and termite. The job was completed in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable because I had 3 estimates. But most importantly, this company is very honest and will not do repairs that are not necessary. I highly recommend !!!

I originally called Trips Exterminating because I was worried I had termites. Alex came out right away, and what stood out most to me was his honesty. After a thorough inspection, he assured me it wasn’t termites at all—it was just crickets making the mess. I can’t tell you how relieved I was! When I asked what I owed him, he simply smiled, shook my hand, and said it was his pleasure to help. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it immediately told me Trips was a company I could trust. Since then, we’ve had Alex back for pest control spraying. We’ve dealt with other companies before and never noticed much difference, but after Alex treated our yard, the results were night and day. The giant orb spider webs that used to appear every night disappeared, and we could finally enjoy our yard again. Even better, the mosquitoes, ants, and lawn flies are all gone too!
