I Bhuiyan
We use this company for our home and our rental property and they’re great! They always text a few days in advance to see if they can come do a treatment. The person who does the treatment is very professional and I have had no issues with either property. I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Epic for many years and they do a great job. I started along time ago doing inside and outside of the house. I do not have any bugs and have not sprayed inside in a couple of years. Epic arrive when scheduled and let me know in advance when they will show up. I would recommend them for your pest control needs.

Rude and unprofessional company. They came out without me agreeing to a time, and did the service anyway then charged me. I called and asked for a refund and they would constantly pretend someone would get back to me. They ended up just blocking my number! I called them from a different number and they hung up on me. Completely unprofessional.

This company is the worst in customer Service . They are presumably not interested in getting any business as I had called them and while explaining my issues he was not even bothered to listen Properly and wanted me to sign for the service . When I told him what is the price He cut me off and never called back . With this kind of service I can imagine if I had signed for the service what kind of absolutely zero service I will get .

We don't typically push people to sign up over the phone, in fact we rarely do contracts that people would have to 'sign up' for.
