This company is the worst in customer Service . They are presumably not interested in getting any business as I had called them and while explaining my issues he was not even bothered to listen Properly and wanted me to sign for the service . When I told him what is the price He cut me off and never called back . With this kind of service I can imagine if I had signed for the service what kind of absolutely zero service I will get .

I originally called Trips Exterminating because I was worried I had termites. Alex came out right away, and what stood out most to me was his honesty. After a thorough inspection, he assured me it wasn’t termites at all—it was just crickets making the mess. I can’t tell you how relieved I was! When I asked what I owed him, he simply smiled, shook my hand, and said it was his pleasure to help. That kind of integrity is rare these days, and it immediately told me Trips was a company I could trust.

I called TRIPS after discovering a potential rat issue in our garage, and Alex arrived the very next day. He was incredibly thorough, setting up traps and inspecting the entire perimeter for entry points. After catching a few rats, the activity stopped completely. I’ve continued using Alex’s service for ongoing maintenance and pest control ever since. He always arrives with a smile and takes great pride in his work. Alex (TRIPS) has been taking care of our pest control needs for many years. He is NICE, but more importantly he is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and HONEST. He can do anything related to pest control and he makes sure it’s done correctly.
