Great service!

Silverback Team came out and completed a termite extermination at our home. This was on the main beam within our living room. The techs took extra care in protecting our furniture and cleaning up after the service was complete. They provided clear explanations of what they were doing and what to expect following the treatment. This was our first experience with this company and will likely hire them as our permanent monthly pest service. 5 stars to Silverback Pest. RRC

5/5 service and treatment. I was in the process of buying a property but I found out through the inspection that it had a previous case of termites. I spoke with a termite person and told me it was all done and safe. Come to find out another week later that there was another live spot with termite. I decided to get a second opinion and Silverback was referred to me by a good friend of mine. Turns out that terminates were the least of my concerned since there was another types of bugs underneath the house. Ended up fumigating the house and needed other treatments but overall I’m satisfied. I would like to add that their customer service was top tier and their employees were also top tier. They got to work quick and were always respectful. I will refer them to friends and family for sure. Thank you guys.

There is a technician named Alex that went above and beyond customer service! Very knowledgeable very friendly very informative! I recommend coming to silver back and I am thankful for their exceptional customer service. I will definitely be calling in the morning to speak with management to give Alex some praise.

3 out of 5 stars! I began using Silverback Termite and Pest Control in December last year and my experiences have been mixed, leading me to a three-star review. On the positive side, when their service is executed as planned, it's effective and satisfactory. However, the administrative and logistical side of their business needs considerable improvement. Several issues marred my experience, starting with scheduling. Despite taking a vacation day to accommodate their weekday-only service hours, they failed to show up for the initial appointment due to weather-related issues, which they forgot to communicate until the last minute. This wasn't a one-off incident; there were multiple missed appointments. Additionally, there was a bizarre incident where their team sprayed my property with a treatment I did not order, a mistake only acknowledged after I called them upon reviewing my home security footage. Recently, the frustration peaked with billing problems. I was surprised by a call about past-due invoices despite being enrolled in auto-debit, which they then claimed had no record of, even though my bank statements showed otherwise. After these experiences, I've decided to cancel my service and settle any outstanding payments. While the pest control itself is effective, the lack of organization on the administrative front is too great an issue for me to overlook. For others in the mountain community, I recommend looking elsewhere for more reliable pest control solutions.

We have been using Silverback Pest Control for over 5 years in our mountain home and I have nothing but rave reviews for them. When we first started with them we had a serious rodent problem. They were very diligent in how they handled the situation and within a short period of time had it completely under control. Bugs and rodents since that time have not been a concern or something I've had to have any attention on and I'm able to not worry about the protection of my home as I am so confident in their service. Every step of the way they have been friendly, caring, and professional – always doing what they said they were going to do and showing up on time. My service rep is Adrian and it has been a real pleasure working with him. I recommend them highly!

Friendly and good communication but didn't seem to work for our area. Still spiders after sprayed few months ago. Said they'd spray again if needed and I texted the worker that came out that we were still having bugs but he said to wait some more basically. I'll admit it lowered the count of spiders though.

Very Unprofessional

We had this pest control company come out and fumigate our house first thing they showed up late. Second did not coordinate Pacific Gas and Electric turn the gas back on. I am very disappointed in they're service.
