Killian Pest Control

We switched over to Killian Pest Control service a year ago and that was a great decision. They were highly recommended by a good friend. Our service technician (Danny) is thorough, courtious and professional. The office staff has been wonderful to interact with and the results match the service. I highly recommend their pest services.

LOVE Killian. AJ is absolutely wonderful and is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Communication is perfect (texts and emails) and all around a perfect experience. I am so glad I found Killian. Natalie was also so patient and kind the first time I called inquiring about their services. I love that their spray is pet friendly. Laura even called me to check on my initial service experience and to make sure I was happy and thanked me for choosing them. You can tell they appreciate their customers and go the extra mile. Our tech Danny does an amazing job. He always texts me before arriving so that I can put my dogs in the house, and asks if there's any new pest issues that need his attention. He takes the time to do whatever is needed and is very friendly and reliable. The office staff have also been responsive and helpful when I've need to call about billing and appointment changes. Killian is the best pest control company we have used. When we first moved in to our home, we had bugs everywhere. Since using Killian, the very few things we do see are no longer alive. It has made our home feel so much more comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. Kali is the best. I had to rearrange a service date and she was eager to make the switch work best for us. Our technician Roberto has been servicing our homes for years now. Always happy to see a friendly face when he shows up. If you are searching around for a company to service your home, don’t hesitate on Killian. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t recommend Danny enough! He truly goes above and beyond every visit. He’s always on time, extremely reliable, and takes the time to answer any questions I have. He does a great job keeping bugs away and out of the house, which gives me so much peace of mind. Excellent service all around!

Super happy with Killian Pest Control. We switched from another company since their customer service went down hill after they were purchased by a larger company. From the receptionist in the office that answered the phone when I called and was able to answer all my questions to the technician who came out and sprayed our house, excellent customer service. The receptionist explained the pricing structure very well (reasonable prices). Our technician came to the door and introduced himself when he first got here and explained what he was going to do. He spent about 45 minutes spraying and cleaning the spiderwebs under the eves. He let me know when he was finished and asked if I had any questions. I asked him to please check the gate and keep it closed as we have an older cat who spends lots of time relaxing in the backyard and can't climb the fence. I didn't want him getting out front. He was great about making sure the gate was closed every time he went thru. Definitely would recommend Killian to anyone needing pest control services!!

This company earns my 5 stars because they are always courteous and prompt with service. I always get a heads up text when they are on their way to my house. Killian pricing is competitive and fair to me. I recommend this company for your pesty bug extermination.

Ricky came out and serviced our home and our church in Buttonwillow. Ricky took his time, not rushed. Did inside and out for both properties. Plus, placed mosquito buckets in our yard. Fantastic to have a family owned business service us out in "the country". Thank you Ricky!

I was just cut off by tuis driver while taking my son to school! There is absolutely no reason an employee should be in such a rush more so during the first week of school! Slow down your Drivers Killian! I'm reporting this information to your General liabilty company!

This Company is not professional, very rude and liars. They have come out numerous time trying to get out of doing there job. When calling to speak to them they get rude and start lying about what there techs do. This is the 2nd time you have come to my place and tried to pretend to knock on my door. When I called the office they where not nice and accused me of lying.. I will never call this company again

Well, after 4 years after this review, you ask why only 2 stars. If Larry still owns this shop, that is why. If his Son does, that's why it's not 1 star, because he has class. You say you don't have record of me being a customer. How about City Sandwich Company? Yeah, we were customers for 8 years. When my shop got to the point of customers seeing roaches on the walls and across the floors, we called time and time again. Larry came out and cleared all my cabinets and bombed for roaches. 2 weeks later, they were back. Larry made another appointment to clear everything and I called him that day to cancel because my Daughter was taken to the ER. Larry had his office girl cancel me the next day. He didn't have the nerve to come in personally. 2 companies I called cane out and asked who serviced us, I told them Killian. They never came back. They had never seen such an infestation in a restaurant. We finally got a good company in there and they bombed the whole place over the weekend. Hundreds of dead roaches were there when we opened up. They got it under control and actually controlled the PESTS! My Dad died not long after that. Larry ol boy never came back. That is why only 2 stars. Thanks for reaching out 4 years later. Good Day

Don't Do it ! They say anything and make it seem like a sweet deal to get you in with them. I went with the no contract 200. up front. They said I can skip a month but then when I skipped a month my rate jumped up 75. bucks. My initial agreement was 34. Completely unorganized too I scheduled a bombing and a time with them and they completely forgot. I was waiting for them had to take my baby to her doctor appointment that day too. I just didn't get that great customer service from them. Plus after the bombing I still had roaches. Truth be told I could of just went to Walmart and did everything my self. I'm only putting 1 star cause I wont be able to post without rating or else it would be no stars.

We had used Killian for over 20 years with fairly good results. However the last year the service was well below standard. The last six months they were absolutely horrible. The last few services I physically walked the technician around and showed him areas that needed attention. Each time I would go back out and notice that he never even looked at these areas. The final service the kid walked around the house talking on his cell phone barely doing anything and left within 5 minutes. We were going to call to complain, however we got a notice in the mail that they were increasing our rates. We found another local company that does a far superior job and has discounts for veterans and first responders. It’s sad that a long running business doesn’t take care of its customers that have supported it for over 20 years.

Horrible experience. They will charge you when they come on a different day then scheduled. I still have a ton of bugs.

Very bad service. I ask them to not to do my home if I am not home and they will still charge you even they did not go in to U R home or back yard. If U don't pay the bill they want then they will threaten U with large penalties and collections even they did not provide any service. BE VERY CAREFUL....................
