We have been using BKFD Pest Control for about 12 years or so! I have had many opportunities to switch to another company that has tried to beat their prices, but have always declined ! when asked why I declined their offer I tell them there is no way they could match the service we receive with BKFD Pest Control! The owner Lynn is a top notch professional, he has always been very kind and caring about his customers. The techs that have been out to service our home are the same way! That tells a lot about a company by the way the employees hold their position at a high standard! Anytime I have had an issue even if they had already come out to service for the month, they would not hesitate to come right back and do it again if I freaked out over a little bug. We had an empty house near by us once and it was infested with roaches, one day a roach walked in my front door and I jumped right on the phone to call them out but accidentally called BKFD Police by accident...long story short that 911 operator got quite the laugh when I was telling her to send someone out because a domesticated cockroach walked through my front door....LOL...then I called the correct # and Lynn sent someone out the next morning! I refer anyone I can to use their service. Thank you for all you do BKFD Pest Control!!!

I switched service to Bakersfield Pest Control after my old pest control company was sold and their customer service went downhill. I have been very impressed with Bakersfield Pest Control so far. They have been very responsive, friendly, reasonably priced and easy to work with. We haven't experienced and serious pest problems since they began servicing our properties. I highly recommend them.

They don’t have the courage to say who they are, they just want to be hateful and vindictive. ✨️Update✨️ I'm on my 3rd year with Bakersfield Pest Control and am still a happy customer. Fredo came out today for a call back with spiders in the backyard and ants in a bathroom. Very thorough, professional and punctual. Highly recommend! I have used Bakersfield Pest Control for about a year and have been very happy with the services. They always answer the phone ready to help and are very accommodating. They call the day before to give a window to expect the technician. Technicians have been very polite and professional. I have requested call backs with a random swarm of queen ants, spiders and now red ants and they have scheduled call backs without any problems!

We've been using Bakersfield Pest Control for years. Very professional, always call the day before they come out. I have a dessert tortoise and they have it in their notes not to spray the backyard where he is. That right there is a HUGE thing for us, keeps our tortoise safe. Any time we have any issues with any bugs between sprayings, they come out right away and take care of it. Overall, very happy with their service!

Awesome company! Bakersfield Pest Control has been servicing my home for the past 6 years and I’ve never had a complaint. The staff are all so friendly, every tech that has come out does a great job spraying and getting spider webs. Fraudulent company who said I was on a year contract that I never signed. When I asked for the contract, Bakersfield Pest Control refused to show me it. They finally sold the debt to commercial trade, who then provided me the contract lets just say I got it removed from my credit report and will be taking the next legal action regarding this company. My suggestion is that if you are going through this demand, you see the contract

Agatha signed a One year service Agreement, Bakersfield Pest Control emailed her a copy of the agreement. She is not being truthful. We are perusing legal actions, stay tuned for further updates! Deadbeats come in all shapes and sizes!<br><br> 11/11/21 SARAH - had her scheduled she turned the tech away forgot she had another appointment and other things to do. she wants to go towards the end of the month.<br><br>11/22/21 SARAH - L/M - 9<br><br>11/23/21 SARAH - L/M ABOUT RITCHIE BEING OUT AND COULDNT SERVICE IT.<br><br>11/24/21 SARAH - TRIED SCHEDULING HER TWICE AND WAS UNABLE TO DO THE SERVICE, SHE TURNED US AWAY ONE TIME AND DID NOT RESPOND AND HAVE THINGS UNLOCKED THE SECOND TIME.<br><br>12/03/21 SARAH - gave lynn the okay to run the card. I went to run it and it shows the card number is wrong so we sent her a text about it and i will be calling her on monday to schedule the service.<br><br>12/07/21 SARAH - l/m about scheduling her for service and told her that we could not run the card on friday like she said because it shows the card informatoin we have on file is wrong.<br><br>12/10/21 SARAH - sent a text about scheduling her service this month asking her to call us to do that.<br><br>12/15/21 SARAH - called her and as I was saying my name she hung up. Per Lynn send her a statement with late fees and early cancellation fee for not being able to collect and schedule her.<br><br>12/15/21 SARAH - customer called in irrate shouting, i asked her to stop she wouldnt so I hung up on her.HUSBAND CALLED AND DID THE SAME, TALKED TO LYNN WAS CUSSING, SAID HE WOULD PAY THE $75 AND NEVER DID.<br><br>12/17/21 LYNN - LEFT MESSAGE THAT WE WOULD BE OUT TO SERVICE<br>PROPERTY BETWEEN 11:00-1:00 ON 12/18/21<br>CALLED BOTH NUMBERS<br><br>01/11/22 SARAH - sent to CTB<br><br>01/19/22 SARAH - ACKNOWLEDGED BY CTB
