Terrible experience. Never call this company. They do not keep their appointment time. The technician tried to write up a negative termite inspection, but when I called out a roofing company to fix the peeling paint. They said it was nothing more than cosmetic. After work was done they had to come back and actually do what they said they where going to do, but he tried to change his story of this and that. Breach of contract!!! Buyer beware!! After taking OVER $1000 of my money 3 weeks ago, there is literally no proof of service. They claim to have done an exclusion but the attic is still full of rodents. there is still 100% a rodent problem that is not being addressed. Traps were set December 19th. On December 28th during one of the follow up appointments i informed Western that not one single rodent was caught. I asked the tech to change the traps or put the traps in the space against the wall
