My new technician Donovan showed up today, and he was very respectful and professional. He contacted me ahead of time, to ensure that I would be home. When he arrived, he immediately introduced himself, shook my hand, and asked if there were any issues that need to be addressed. Michael and his brother were able to come out to help get us started with our pest control service. We are new to Kern County and we wanted to ensure that our home would have all the creepy, crawlers that like to hide in places. He sprayed our entire yard and every corner of the house. The technician didn´t clean the cobwebs from the front courtyard or the patio in the back. We found a black widow a few days after the service.

We called San Joaquin Pest Control because you helped us with a pest problem years ago. your service was great then, so when we needed help we called again. This time the man that came, Oscar, was just as good as we remembered. we had a question about still seeing the pests in our kitchen and he explained why that was happening and said he would be following up in a couple of weeks. We plan to have you take care of all our pest control needs in the future.
