Not happy with new service technician

I am actually very pleased. I had seen the reviews and was alittle worried at first. But when I called to set up service for my family's home Setting up the appointment went very well and worked out excellent. My Parents are very happy. Dave was our Technician that was sent out, He answered all of our questions and eases our concerns. As my family has pets. I waited a while to make a review as I wanted to make sure there was no bugs or new ones of course like some people had mentioned in reviews in the Bakersfield area as we are located in tulare county, but There was no bugs. No new ones. All my wolf spiders and ants all hide for the hills. I am very pleased and most Definitely will continue service with o conner especially would like to continue with Dave J. Don't always listen to every review or you might not get the good service you deserve. Thank you O'Connor. I canceled with orkin. I made a great choice!

I have been with this company since the first owner in 2011 he was really good at his job. From back then to now this company really sucks their technicians do not know how to spray. They need more training on what they are hired to do. The guy that comes and sprays my house wants to schedule my appointments around his schedule. I have called to complain but even the supervisor sucks in this situation. I never get a call back I have called multiple times and until now still waiting on a call from a manager or supervisor. I don’t recommend this company at all.

They were highly recommended.. except I called them for an estimate/quote and was told I’d get a call back same day/next day. NOTHING. Called back a week later. Girl on phone apologized and said she would let manager know and I’d get a call soon to schedule. NOTHING. Called again 2 days later. You guessed it, NOTHING. Still waiting actually. Waste of time.

Man I love the way Jose, with O Connor Pest Control works, he always gets the job done, hes a very deligent worker I recomend him.

Dave always does a great job. I've recommended to numerous friends and family as it can be difficult finding pest control that is thorough and trustworthy.

Good fast efficient service with nice competitive prices

We had a bed bug infestation and called a number of companies in the area. They all wanted a huge amount of money and offered little to no warranty for their work. We called O'Connor and they provided us with a 1-year warranty plus a monthly payment plan. Within 30 days our bed bug were gone and they have never come back. I highly recommend O'Connor

If there is any rating below 1 star i would give that. Horrible experience i have had. They provide excellent customer service until you sign up. Once you sign up its near to impossible to reach their staff for scheduling. If after somehow you schedule service, their service technician never comes prepared and promises to come back with more tools but then never shows up at promised time & date. Now i am trying to discontinue the service and left several requests and all i hear from their customer rep is their manager will contact me but no call back. Stay away from them ...
