Adrian came out to eliminate a wasp nest in one of my evergreen shrubs today. He also sprayed my house. Adrian, was extremely professional and thorough. If you need a pest control company that values customer service, I highly recommend Jaime and Sons.

Ask for Armen if you want a top notch, technical, thorough experience to rid your home of the nasty critters. We had our first experience with Jaime & sons yesterday and he knows his stuff. Answered all our questions, explained everything he was doing and about to do and the reasons for it. We just moved into our new home and wanted to get the spiders gone from hanging out everywhere and in one application we saw fast results. We are also in talks about getting rat traps soon, since they are eating our fruit on our trees. We are getting the service quarterly and if we see any critters like ants, spiders, etc I’m going to call and they will come to take care of the issue in between our quarterly schedule. Armen is professional, and knows how to inform the customer on the process. If I see a wasp nest beginning anywhere they come out and handle that too! I’ve been using Jaime & Son’s for 3-4 years now. Our technician, Armen, is the best! He’s always on top over the scheduling and does a very thorough job whenever he comes to service. He caught a couple of areas where it appears wasps were attempting to build a nest and took care of it. If ever I need a callback service, I can always count on him to get us scheduled quickly.

Very disappointed in my last service with them. I have been using this company for 3 years now and never had an issue with them. On my last service I scheduled to spray around the house and remove two wasp nest that we had. One of my family members was home they had told the technician about the wasp nest prior to starting the service, technician said everything was done got paid and left. I come home to find the two wasp nest still to be there and spider webs still hanging from the porch. I tried calling twice and no answer, so thank you for showing me how this business fixes things. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to no one else on to the next.

The service provided when they come out to do the home is great. However, it is so difficult to schedule an appointment that it's not worth the effort. The person who answers the phones is not welcoming nor makes any effort to accommodate with scheduling any services needed.
