The worst experience ever. My roofing was torn up and leaves scattered on the work to hide what they did!

Our report says we are not Roofers that you need to call a roofer after our repairs sir however you did not read report. We are a Termite company not a roofing company. As far as scattering leaves to hide anything that is very untrue you might want to consider the weather we have had lately this is December. Also we tried to come out to look at your issue and help you resolve this But you would not let us on the property. We will continue to be a 5 Star company. My wife and I used this company to do our initial termite inspection when we were buying out home. This inspection was 2.5 years ago. yes, it has been a while, but I was painting our sunroom and when i removed our baseboards i noticed my shiplap was eaten at the base. I called another company to come and check it and they told me I had termites. I have been wanting to remodel that room so i just decided to rip the shiplap off and start the remodel. After removing everything and leaving the room just on the frame, we noticed that the termite damage was worse that expected. the other company told me this was years and years of damage. I understand that not everything can be caught in the inspection, but this damage should have been easy to find for a professional company. I really wish they were a bit more detailed in their inspection. On their inspection report it says no termite activity was found, only fungus/dryrot and other findings. If they would have done their job correctly, I wouldn't be spending thousands of dollars now.

We do a diligent inspection on all properties However we cannot see behind baseboards, wall voids and many areas that Termites can be. Even Though its been 2.5 years we still would have liked the opportunity to come look at no charge to you and would have worked with you help Eradicate the Termites but you never called us, doing so would have save your family Thousands. Many Customers have Remodeled and had the same issue happen and upon explaining to them that a termite report is only based on visible and accessible areas at the time of inspection which is on page 2 of report disclosures. We are licensed by the State to do these inspections and our job is to find them and eradicate them! Not to not find them, buy not finding the Termites we would be out of business so to speak. Abraham 2.5 years go buy and you leave us a 1 Gold star review Thank you for that. We are here to help please call us if you need help with this property we will be glad to show up and my advice is to you is to cancel the other Company and give us a call and we will help to save you the thousands.
