We paid 180 a month for years and ended up with rodents in our roof again despite repairs and abatement efforts. They said they don’t have anyone that can help with the rodent situation because they’re in “training” for the foreseeable future. They lose our credit card info every month it seems and call to ask for credit card info again, very unprofessional not sure what’s happening to it. And the representatives on the phone are unprofessional. No apologies, no acknowledgement, and no solutions. I feel like we wasted our money. Mosquitos and flies were always an issue despite paying for these treatments, and obviously paying for rodent abatement and repairs did nothing. Another company came out and were able to show us immediately the obvious signs Advanced Pest Control should’ve noticed. I would go with a different company.

Advanced pest services are very reliable, consistent and the results speak for themselves. We use their services for our home and our office and we have zero issues with bugs all year round. I can’t recommend Advanced Pest Services enough!

Do not call this company for fleas! They can NOT get the job done. This company came out 3 times in 2 week intervales to spray for the fleas and did not get rid of them when I calld around to find out why they were having a hard time getting rid of the fleas other company's told me it was because they have to spray a 2nd time w/in 5 days of the 1st spray to kill what has hatch before the fleas lay again. I told them this and they said they spoke w/ the department of agriculture and they told the company they could not spray again so I calld the DOA they said they never said that and to find out what is being used and they would tell me the guide lines. When I calld for the the 4th time to let the company knw I still had fleas they refused to come out and told me I had to change from bi monthly to monthy because they r coming out too much and if I didn't they would not come out again and when I told about The DOA I was told even if the DOA tells me they can come out before 2 weeks it doesn't matter the company won't come out. And this is the owners wife I'm speaking to. In the end they refused to come out to get rid of the fleas AND refused a refund and told me, "You will get a refund when u return our products." Also BEWARE I have seen false reviews by the owners wife and staff posting as clients. On a happy note anther company came out and got rid of the fleas the 1st try :) Thank God!

Been with APS for 10yrs. Team is great and very professional. Great customer service- the guys are knowledgeable and helpful. Louis was thorough in his work. I needed inside house sprayed, he didn’t have booties and offered to take off his shoes, and was so kind about it. He also cleaned the cob webs outside. Excellent work!

My husband and I bought a house in September 2022 and there was a serious ant problem. We have several fruit-bearing trees and these ants were all over them. You could see ants on the branches and trunks, along the sides of the house, in the front and back yard grass, and across the driveway. I called Advanced Pest Services and after one treatment, we went from spraying Raid literally every day to not spraying at all. There were ant corpses everywhere and every now and then we encountered a small trail of ants. But by the second bug treatment, all the ants disappeared and so did the giant ant holes in the yard. Advanced Pest Services let us know they offer mosquito buckets to keep mosquitos at bay in the summer months and we jumped on it. We have two mosquito buckets and no ants, spiders, earwigs, or signs of roaches. They’re professional, the exterminator who comes by is always polite and patient with our million questions, and they autopay each month so I don’t have to worry about forgetting my payments. 10/10 would recommend for monthly services all year round.

They will take your money and not service your house .They will make appointment and say you were not home and try to charge you 25 to go back

Always great service. Reminder calls to to let you know when they’ll be out. Always polite. The mosquito pots have been a solution to the mosquitoes that have been such a problem every summer . Keep up the great work.

I noticed my house was getting many insects especially spiders so I gave them a try most companies in town are really expensive and require contracts I love that they are so flexible and affordable. My technician is very thorough Gaetano Macellari when he sprays and cleans the spider webs at my house. I really would recommend advanced pest services to anyone very happy so far with the service

Switched to Advanced for cost savings and it showed. Got Brown Widows, salamander up our bathtub, and other house spiders within 6 months. Spiders are the most stressful, having four kids running around the backyard all the time.

Our technician Nick worked very diligently with us to help take care of a rodent problem in our attic. What we thought was a rat problem ended up being a possum problem. He helped educate us about all steps in the process and gave us a schedule on all days he needed to be out to help trap the rodent. He was even willing to stop by on his day off! We did trap the possum! Through educating us about prevention (making sure nearby trees were trimmed), rodent trapping, and eventually sealing all potential entry points, we feel confident they got the job done!

Great service.

They have good customer service, I pay for every 3 months and I do not usually have bug problems in the house. When there is a problem, they quickly schedule an appointment. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because every now and then I will have spiders showing up shortly after a service and would have to be sprayed again.

Highly recommend. Great attention to detail! My guy is Nick. Office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I cant say enough about these folks. The contact person i talked to on the phone was helpful and extremely patient and pleasant. Cody...or Kody..not sure if the spelling is correct...the tech that came out...was terrific as well. Great service at a great price. I called Advanced Pest Control years ago, we had an ant invasion, awful coming out of the bathroom faucet like water, invasion. My first rep was Nick, he listened to me, took on the ants and in a short period of time with sprays and bait we beat back the ants. He also listen to my request to not spray where I had praying-mantis and lady bug hatch-lings in my yard. I have keep with Advanced because they answer calls, listen to me and always send respectful technicians. Justin Poncetta is our tech, he has been doing our property for a long time now. Justin was here today to spray for fleas and to give me his professional opinion about further spraying the inside of the house. He always lets me know what he's using and why, I trust him complete with all my pest issues. We think we can do our own pest control , but trust me, the professional at Advanced Pest Control are the best at keeping my home bug free . Thank you

Can’t speak highly enough of this company and Julian our service tech. He literally sweeps all the cob webs around the entire house not just the porch areas. He always lets me know when he arrives, asks if there are any specific areas needing extra care and let’s me know when he’s done.
