If I could give 0 stars I would. I keep getting calls, emails, and mail saying I have a bill due but I never extended the service from when I purchased my home. I have asked them to cancel it but I keep getting phone calls, emails and mail saying I need to pay my bill. How can I get a bill when services were never performed! Maybe this review will finally get the point across! Stop harassing me for payment when you never performed a damn service! And yet again another invoice sent in the mail! Y

Called to make an appointment after seeing a technician truck near my house, I needed something quick since I was selling my house, so really I was thankful for the 8am appt for the following day, and rearrange my schedule to ensure I was home.
