Turf Pro has been paid to treat our lawn since June 2024 (21 months) and we still have a large amount of weeds in our front lawn. It looks like they have been treating the back and side and just cutting corners and not doing the full lawn. I have complained twice in the last two weeks and they say that they will come spray but haven’t yet. Not only does it look bad but it is causing me to have to mow my lawn even though the grass hasn’t started growing.

Please know our machines are hydraulically driven and are able to broadcast the product 15 feet in all directions; therefore, it often only takes a couple of passes through a yard to achieve full coverage. If your technician is ever unable to access the backyard for any reason they will leave a note on your after-service email so that you may contact the office to schedule a return visit to treat the backyard. I have one part of the lawn that is sloped heavily and has a ton of weeds, including one that was 2 foot tall, I think it’s because they are not treating it. Also, yesterday they tore up a new area where we are trying to get grass to grow with their small vehicle that they use to spread the chemicals. Would prefer the whole yard be treated and maybe more of it on foot if that means no damage to the lawn.

I told them not to ask for a review. Zero! The tech left a card, a sign and the side gate wide open allowing my dogs to escape. He did apologize. The company did not follow up. And no one from the company helped get the dogs back. They aren't worth the cost.

I question spot spraying for weeds..these are not new

With post-emergent applications, visible results can take 14–21 days for weeds to yellow and decline. It’s normal not to see immediate results in the first few days after treatment.<br><br>Additionally, pre-emergent barriers can sometimes break down more quickly near edges, driveways, or disturbed soil, which is why occasional breakthrough is possible even with a consistent program. <br><br>We stand behind our service and always want to make sure our customers are satisfied. Whoever drives the truck with license plate AEY 34T needs a driving lesson. He continuously tail gated me from fort smith to Greenwood last night even though I was already going 5-10 mph over the speed limit the entire time. Even when I changed lanes to get out of his way, he moved over and continued tail gating me.

Seems like they have a one-size-fits-all approach to lawn treatments that's great for weed control, but tends to put killing weeds above overall lawn health. Fine if you already have a thick lawn, but bad news if your lawn is thin or patchy. Told them to talk to me before the next treatment so we could talk about my concerns, but they just went ahead and did their thing when I wasn't home one day.

Jonathan, we appreciate all feed back when it comes to our services, so thank you for taking time to leave us a review. As I reviewed your account in our system, I noticed that we were only able to get on your lawn and treat it twice this year (of the 7 rounds we were scheduled to do), not due to anything on the side of Turf & Pest Pro USA, once in June and the other just a few days ago. We do have a process we follow and then can deviate from the process to better the lawns when needed, but only being on your lawn twice this year, once being in the last couple of days when everything is dormant, wouldn't allow our technicians a great opportunity to see or diagnose a problem. Also, after reviewing your account, I see you have been a customer from 2019-2022 with no service calls entered from either the technician or from the customer. We definitely strive to provide a quality service for all our customers and know that each and every yard can be different depending on soil conditions, tree/shade issues, sloped vs flat yards and many other conditions. Communication is key to our job, both from us to the customer and from the customer to us, as at most we are at the property 7 times a year. With the customer seeing their property daily they are able to relay any specific needs or concerns to us at any time. I apologize that no one got in touch with you before the last treatment, unfortunately I don't see a note anywhere that says contact you before hand, so our technician wouldn't have known to do so, since your account didn't have a note and is not listed as a call ahead, therefore I do apologize for us not being in touch with you before then. I will make sure we stop by and check out the yard this week. Lastly, I will follow up by email with the specific details on your account, to better explain some of the situation. I do not recommend. We’ve used them since we purchased our VB home in 2020, aside from the condition of our lawn with the weeds, the final straw was the 60$ grub treatment that consisted of a worker walking around our flower beds by the front door and sprinkling or spraying (couldn’t tell as we were watching it on video) right inside the edge of the beds. That was it….the invoice said they treated my lawn for grubs. Just not worth it to me.
