Well I called made an appointment the guy wanted me to text my name and address so I did and on the day of the appointment no one showed up and no one called nothing I called no answer and I sent another text to the number but have never heard anything back

I'm so glad I called! Alex has been out here so many times already and is super responsive. Our place is in the country and has been without any pest control for a long time. There aren't any bugs we DON'T have here, so we're a severe case. This place is committed to helping and goes above and beyond spraying the trees, bushes, and house. Because we have so many kinds of bugs there are a few sprays needed. They explained this and have come back for extra waves in between treatments. I also appreciate the communication. They let me know when they will be here and how long it will take. I get a little worried about this with the pets we have and they reassured me on that as well. Highly recommend.
