James Roger's provided our home service today and he was exceptional. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He provided both our indoor and outdoor service, changed out all the entry point traps and removed any spider webs around the entire house. It was the first time James had provided us our critter service and he did an exceptional job. He is a true asset to Critter Getters.

The technician that came to my house was Caleb and I couldn’t speak more highly of him. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He spoke clearly and got the job done in a timely manner. He asked questions and explained things very well. He is quite Proficient at his job. I give him 10/10 stars. ⭐️

I totally trust this company and am very impressed with their service and follow-up. In the past they detected problem areas in our crawl space which you’d never expect in a new house. We recently had termites invade the crawl space door. The company was very efficient and dependable in resolving the complicated problem. April was very detailed and thorough in solving and perceiving elements so that nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing service. During my regular service my technician, Josh, noticed an issue I hadn't mentioned and quickly took care of it. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was so nice to turn my concerns over to a pro and not have to think about it again. The office staff was also very understanding when I had to postpone my two previous appointments due to real life circumstances. Would highly recommend!
