I kept having problems with mice in the winter time, didn’t matter what I did I couldn’t get rid of them. Jorden came out 1 time and I haven’t had a problem since. Plus they are just good people. Highly recommended!!

I have tried a lot of different pest control services over the last 8 years, BugMasters is by far the very BEST pest control company in Central Arkansas, they are the company that could keep our restaurant pest free!

This company is a lier one. They steal money from you. They gave me a bill of 158 and they charged my title company double. I called them and of course bulshit response like tax , loyalty etc . This is the worse of the worse . Do yourself a favor and avoid them

Literally the only company to reach back out to me after requesting service. Jordan came out and really made me feel taken care of; he listened to my complaints, answered all my questions, kept me informed as he went around, and worked with me to get exactly what I needed within my budget. BugMasters is on another level when it comes to pest control. They ELIMINATE , not just control. Jordan is who we work with. He knows exactly what he is doing. He’s not like normal pest control techs that don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Kelly is amazing every time I call. Always exceeds my expectations. Bug Masters exceeded my expectations. We are an apartment complex located in Ottercreek (Wimbledon Green Apts). Whenever, I have a concerned Kelly is amazing and so helpful. Derrick is also amazing as well. They all seem genuinely concerned about our issues, and find ways to solved the problem. Whether I call 2 or 3 times they still give excellent customer service every time. Kudos to your amazing staff!!!! This is what drives business and keep business! Customer service never taken for granted at Bugs Masters.

The agents here are not fully trained on how to inspect and identify pests. They are only good for pretreatment. If you already have pests, call someone else to treat because they will not treat properly until your situation is out of control.
