Clark Exterminating

I had recently moved to a new house that had no pest control for months before I moved in. The amount of bugs, and spiders, was insane. At my old house that Clark serviced I almost never saw bugs. In less than 24 hours after the technician finished the service, my house had about 90% less bugs in it. Within 48 hours, I was sleeping peacefully and happy! I went from spiders biting me while I slept, to almost never seeing a bug while I'm awake! Absolutely the most amazing company! Thank you for letting me have peace of mind again!

I have termite and bug contract for years. I have always had the impression it was all taken care of at once. The service man was here 2 days ago. Clark call today wanting to set up a bug inspection. I said he was just here. She said that was termite inspection. I ask why he didn’t do both. She had lame excuse he couldn’t. All he did was walk around and shine a flash light. What is so special about that. They just want me to pay 2 service calls. I guess they have been doing this all along. They were just far enough apart I didn’t notice. Well this time they got caught. If I wasn’t in the process of selling my house I would fine a company that di everything in one trip. I will be advising whoever buys this house.

Scheduled an appointment a month ago (Paid 2/11 scheduled appointment for 3/7), when I had called a day before to confirm that the service tech was still coming because I hadn’t received an email or phone. I was told that that he was not working Saturday (even though the person I was speaking to already told he was scheduled to work that day) and we would have to reschedule for 3/21. Today (3/21) was the day for the rescheduled appointment and no service Tech arrived and there was no phone call. Very unprofessional, and rude considering I have already paid for the service. Update 1: The service tech did show up to my house on Monday morning unannounced. Said that he was sick on Saturday and left a voice message, he in fact did not call or leave a voice message, but did call me when he was at my house to tell me he was there to inspect. I was not at my home at 9:30am like most people who have a full time job. Update 2: Rescheduled for the final time for 3/26 at 6pm after being told during day light savings time that they were able to send a tech out to inspect my house. Again, no call no show.

Keep moving they are supposed to be spraying my apartment complex but the tech that arrives sprays the floor and the side of the refrigerator and says have a good day… And majority of the techs are on the phone when they arrive so they don’t do a thorough inspection…

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. They called me at 2pm the day before the appointment and canceled. I already took the day off work and they left me hanging.

SCAMMERS!!!! Never used their services, but they sent me an email saying I owed them $189 for services I NEVER REQUESTED NOR DID THEY PROVIDE!!

Preston performed an inspection of my home and was extremely thorough and professional. I am always highly satisfied with Clark and the services they provide.

They came out to inspect for rodents, didn't do anything, said there was no sign of active problem, made preventative recommendations that were nowhere near sufficient, and charged me $90. Just had an animal control expert come out who did a really thorough inspection and quoted me for free. Their solution is going to be more expensive, but it's also more comprehensive. Not impressed by Clark.

On Friday 6/4, my landlord had an annual inspection, which stated that they will only be doing lower level. He used this company to send a technician out with him for inspections. My landlord gets there with technician and informs me that the technician wanted to look upstairs as well. I said ok, but let me make sure everything is ok first. Such as putting up personal items (purse, jewelry, phone, etc). I let them in but told them to work downstairs first. I don't think the technician was down there 3 seconds before he started to come upstairs. I didn't give him approval to come upstairs, but he was standing at the top of the stairs by the time I came out of my 2nd bedroom. He then proceeded to go into my room when I went downstairs to close my front door a little bit because I didn't want flies to come in. My landlord started to come in to say something to the technician but realized he was already upstairs. I asked landlord if he was about to come in, he said no he will wait until technician is done. My landlord then went to change air filters out of the other townhouses. I go upstairs to meet technician coming out of my room. I asked him what do they look for. He explained dirt in corners and water dripping on walls. I told him about ants in bathroom, showed him where they were coming from. He then checked 2nd bedroom while I was standing there. We then went downstairs, he went to driver side of truck doing something. I don't know, I was standing in my doorway. He then proceeded to get his bug sprayer and filled it up with water. My landlord and technician went around the building to spray. I then went upstairs to my room, realize my vape was missing off my nightstand. I went outside (twice) while My landlord was standing there asking technician if he seen my vape. He denied everytime. Now I know my vape was on my nightstand before I opened the door for them. He was the only one in my room when he came upstairs. Now all of a sudden I guess my vape grew legs and walked out when he did. At this point I just want my money back for my vape. I think that the technician might be ashamed that I caught it before he was gone. Maybe that's why he denied it everytime. I had to think about it, he is on the clock with this company stealing items out of people's home and can get fired. He will make this business look bad. I couldn't imagine what he would steal when their customers are not home.

Everything was great. The technician was very friendly and informative. Service is great.

I’ve watched professionals from different pest companies do their work at my homes my whole life. Clark is the most comprehensive and they are experts. Jeff Sutterfield does my quarterly pest control. He is the hardest working, most experienced I’ve ever encountered. Preston and Caleb Clark are excellent as well. Will never use another service.

******* update 01/25/23******** After informing the company on 01/12/23 that we have elected to utilize a different company, received a renewal notice today dated 01/22/23 despite the prior conversation. Had a one time inspection per my closing agreement when we purchased our home last year. My grass has yet to grow back from the wide swath of tear-up not to mention drilling holes every 2 feet into the foundation. Never signed an actual contract. They pestered my wife last year because they never received payment for the annual contract. Just called me yesterday with the same story. Argued with me when I told them we never signed a contract and went with another company.

Clark is a phenominal company, They are always on time and ALWAYS kill the bugs inside and surrounding my home. They will always try to accomodate my schedule and when I need a reservice during summer months they come out quick! I highly reccomend this company!!
