Fertilizes and provides weed control. Lawn went from patchy with weeds to nice lawn that people have even commented on

So last year is when it got bad. When you water down chemicals then add on treatments that's actually ripping the costumer off. Furthermore I know for a fact they didn't treat my backyard at least, AT LEAST, 3 times last year. Gave them another chance this year and I got crab grass and I guess small trees growing in my lawn. I have complained at least 4 times in the past year and was told a manager will be talking to me and have NEVER heard from anybody. Who is this Chad guy ? Never heard of him. Wonder why. And take your automated " management will get back to you" and stick it because they never do. Other people in this neighborhood or concerned to, now I will be on a mission to get everybody to change company's. Bet you hear me now.

Pest service is great, but lawn service is truly lacking. I called and complained. They said they're going to come out and look at the lawn and said they would call before they came out. (No one called or came out). This isn't the first time this has happened!!!

Quarterly Home Pest Spraying

We paid quarterly for lawn weed control and fertilization for an year. My lawn looks worse now than it did before beginning with their service. I was told they ran out of product to kill crabgrass over winter months. They still have not done this treatment. I paid for them to aerate lawn and overseed lawn. Followed there directions and set up timer on sprinkler to water twice a day and 3 weeks later no growth but the crabgrass. Chad, the manager, said they waited to spray for the crabgrass until the seed took hold, but they were supposed to have already sprayed for the crabgrass before I even decided to reseed the lawn. I was told dates they would be coming out and they would not show up. Poor customer service and follow through. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Update: district manager reached out to me and came down and looked at my yard and made a plan to resolve the issues we are having.

They try to make things right if your not happy with their services.

They do a good job but my lawn was actually fuller and greener when extreme lawn care took care of it. They are better than everone else that we have had since extreme lawn care is no longer.
