So last year is when it got bad. When you water down chemicals then add on treatments that's actually ripping the costumer off. Furthermore I know for a fact they didn't treat my backyard at least, AT LEAST, 3 times last year. Gave them another chance this year and I got crab grass and I guess small trees growing in my lawn. I have complained at least 4 times in the past year and was told a manager will be talking to me and have NEVER heard from anybody. Who is this Chad guy ? Never heard of him

I had a great experience working with this company. James was professional, patient, and kind. He was happy to take the time to talk with me about what I wanted and I did not feel rushed at all. I was able to have next day service, and communication surrounding my appointment was impeccable.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness. I have not had any problems since they came out and sprayed! I had been having problems for at least two years. I wish I had known about this sooner. Thank you so much!
