I had a new technician yesterday . Great service so polite and I was thrilled in his manners and if you are not using American Pest Control, you may be not getting best service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When I called to make an appointment, I was quoted a price for routine pest control and I accepted it. Even though it was twice the price I pay for our house in Pine Bluff When Jacob arrived at the appointed time, he said he would do an inspection and quote a price depending on what he found. When I told HIM I was already quoted a price, he said he still needed to inspect the house, and look for spider webs and wasp nests, which I know I don’t have. After his “inspection”, he said he could do the work for the first price but could offer no guarantees. However, if I paid a higher price, I would have a 90 Day guarantee. This is a “bait and switch” scheme plan as daylight. I’m surprised they are able to remain in business. When I told him, I did not appreciate his company’s tactics and told him I would find another Pest Control company. He then said he doubted that I would find another company.

Thank you, American, for helping me with my mouse and rat problem. Matthew was very professional, pointed out all the places the varmints could get in the attic and told me how to close up the spots. He set bait boxes inside and out. He also sprayed for spiders/insects on the exterior. Their Gold Seasonal price is very fair and so much less than one of their competitors. And I can call them back if I see any problems. They were highly recommended by some friends, and now I'm a fan as well.

Not professionals at all After an appointment was made and price agreed they changed their mind on price and policy blaming it on “Arkansas laws”. Wish was told they couldn’t do it when the appointment was made or at list be transparent about what you can or can not do! Will never get my business

BEWARE! I switched to American from Terminix. First treatment included holes drilled into outside wall. They did not fill them after drilling. Cold weather caused water pipes on an outside wall to freeze. Damaged hardwood floors, furniture, personal items, etc. I explained to Scott at American. All I got was denial and arguments. I only wanted him to admit the holes caused cold air to freeze pipes. I was not wanting any compensation. I have insurance for that. Plumber that repaired broken water pipe confirmed that American's termite treatment was cause of frozen pipes. Herein applies the old saying "If you have to win the argument then you will loose the customer!" Very poor customer service.
