Fastest service I have ever had, arrived at 10:04 and left at 10:19. Pricey for 25 minutes of work. Bug control seems to be working so I guess that is the most important.

We just moved in and saw a lot of dead roaches, and tons of ants! We've had some pretty destructive ant problems in the past, so wanted to get on top of this right away. The inspector that came out was great, and got us set up right away. Nick came out just 2 days later and did the inside and outside of our house. He was really helpful, and explained everything he was going to do, and what he was using. I really wanted the least toxic stuff as possible used. This was our first treatment, but so far I'm very happy with this company.

The pest elimination process is spot on, they will definitely take care of your problem. The customer service levels, however, fell a little short for me. I had a tenant get bed bugs and the tenants were basically refusing service, so it was up to me to schedule the process with them so I could meet them at the property. They scheduled 3 visits (I absolutely love how thorough they were with the treatments) but never actually discussed with me anything about the scheduling. I, unfortunately, have a very busy schedule and would have loved to actually discuss and plan, but I was always just randomly notified "you have an appointment in 4 days!" But no clue what time it was. I live in a different town than this rental property and work in law enforcement.

This is the nicest and most professional company to deal with. Their workers are so polite and do an amazing job.
