I’ve been using this pest control company for over 4 years now and couldn't be happier. They are always on time and very flexible with my scheduling needs, which I really appreciate. It’s been great having the same technician, Jesse, for my quarterly sprays—he’s consistent, friendly, and always does a thorough job. He’s careful not to track any mud inside, is great with my outdoor pets, and is always happy to answer any questions I have. Our quarterly rate beats all the other competitors from my review. Highly recommend!

We live in Texas and the house is on the Lake in Hot Springs. The tech always does a great job and is very punctual in notifying us when the treatment is due. Thanks for the great service.

Highly recommend. We bought a house and had no idea that we were buying roaches along with it, thankfully Adams Pest Control came and worked until they got the problem under control. They worked diligently and efficiently to see that we were happy and continue to meet our needs.

We have used Adams for our house ever since we moved in. They are always efficient and friendly. Jesse is our technician and he is very organized and personable, not to mention thorough. We are always happy with their service.

Have used the services of Adams for several years and have always been happy with the service. Got a message a couple of weeks ago that it was time for a service. I have now called 5 times to schedule a service. Each time someone tells me I need to speak with Marley, can they take a message and have her call or message me. I wait a couple of day to call back and then get another person that tells me the same thing. Cannot get anyone to actually schedule my service. Disappointed. May be time to search for alternatives.

I do not recommend them. We scheduled an Appointment for 4PM. The reason being my Husband sleeps during the day and works at night. The man calls my Husband at 10:42 AM and luckily he had his phone silenced. Leaves a voicemail stating he had a few cancelations and to call back if he can come earlier. My Husband didn't call him back and the man came anyway. Causing the dogs to bark and wake him up. We will not being using them anymore. There was a reason for the 4 pm Appointment and they were aware of the reason when it was made. Also the woman that scheduled sounded put out or mad. Very disrespectful!

I recommend Adam's to all my real estate clients for their termite inspections and annual termite contracts. I also use them myself in my airbnb's to prevent ants, which was a major problem before they started spraying. The have the best prices and service.

We have used Adam’s for 3 years, for both bug spraying and termite control/monitoring. Last time by they wanted us to renew our annual contract for spraying, we told them we were selling our home in the near future and would be relocating closer to Little Rock, and therefore didn’t want to sign a new contract on the property. Because we wouldn’t sign a new contract, they charged us an additional $60 to spray our yard on top of the $100 we normally pay. Not a great way to show appreciation to your loyal customers. Now I will find a new exterminator to spray my new home when I move and cannot recommend Adam’s to the people we sell our home to. I hope the $60 was worth losing a loyal customer with 2 annual contracts. Poor business model.

Great, thorough service and I was able to get on the schedule rather quick. Nathan is highly knowledgeable in his career. He took the time to talk to me about wasp behavior (my main pest problem), and gave extra ideas to help keep that problem to a minimum moving forward.

We have been a customer of Adam's Pest Control for years! Our technician, Brian, is very professional. He always polite, respectful & does a great job.

Decided to use this company because we were moving from one place into our new home and the insurance company contracted them for possible termite damage. We knew there was a good chance we would bring roaches with us and wanted to also get a FULL spray. I made sure to emphasize this to the woman over the phone. When the guy came out to spray first off he was older and sexist. When I asked him about clean up after he sprays he says we don't need to do anything because it is just a deterrent spray. I let him know that was NOT what we asked for and he assured me that we wouldn't see any roaches after he sprayed. He for sure lied. When I contacted the office after receiving the $175 bill they said they would look into it I let them know I would NOT be paying for it. 2 years later I still randomly get a bill here and there. They will never see a red penny from me though.

The day Hunter arrived the last week of September, he showed up on time and smiling. He explained the scope of his services and how I needed to protect myself and my belongings during the treatments. Admittedly, I was embarrassed to show him how geckos and assorted creepies had made their way through holes in the screens and window seals caused by flying debris during tornados in Garland County in May and July. Behind three layers of heavy drapes in hot humid summer, the pests had a field day before we discovered their shenanigans. The good news is Hunter knows his poisons and traps like his name implies. I felt confidence in his quiet, deliberate inspection and treatment. In fact, he was so polite and unobtrusive, I was able to work while he was here. Totally professional work. Kind, compassionate technician. Effective treatment. Fair price. How cool is that?!

The gentleman that came to exterminate our ant problem showed up on time and ready to work we struck a deal on a 30-day insurance one time. We are very happy with the outcome. We hope you don't get to see him again anytime soon. But I'm sure if we have to call him you'll be just as prompt and professional. I would recommend Adams pest control to anyone inquiring

Adams is a great pest control company. We have a contract for them to handle our insect and termites quarterly. They also come out to do rodent control under our house. Whenever we needed them they would come out within a day or two.

I use Adams for my real estate deals and for my personal home. Great value, BJ is the best with handling things for me when in a crunch for time! Had my new yard sprayed for chiggers and mosquitos right after moving in due to an infestation. I noticed immediate results!

I was highly impressed by the company and the guy who came out and did the inspection and spray the guys name was Cooper he did a amazing job was kind with my animals was very knowledgeable and helpful mind I didn't know they were coming but he explained everything in a great manner was super impressed will definitely recommend

We contracted this business to kill ants at our rental in Bismarck. I paid $162 for a 90-day service in April. They came twice for initial treatment and was supposed to come back within 3 months but never did. When they finally came this October, I got billed ($79 +taxes) for the treatment they missed in June. They said they had technician issues. We would have been much better off doing our own ant extermination for this price. Go somewhere else. This business is a rip-off!
