Great company

Booked an apt with them. Somehow we got fleas in our house. They showed up a few days later exactly when they said they would. Haven’t seen a flea since. Price was less than expected. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Heather for taking on our wasp and hornet problem like a boss! After 3 failed attempts with a previous company, we were referred to Fitton. Heather was here ahead of schedule, very polite, very professional. Took the time to walk our property with us and point out things to watch for that we NEVER would have realized. Explained everything so I knew what to do to next to ensure those pesky things couldn't keep getting inside our house. The price was MORE than fair for our size property and how bad the wasp & hornet problem was. I haven't seen a single one since Heather was here this afternoon 🙌. 10/10 would highly recommend Fitton and definitely Heather! I couldn't have asked for a better service provider to come out here! Thank you Heather and Fitton!

We just started using this company this spring and have been very happy with their service. I just got off the phone with Rhonda, who was very professional and helpful, she was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and worked everything out to my satisfaction. People like her are why I stay loyal to companies I use. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with this company for years. They are always taking care of business for our company. The office staff lady, Rhonda, is polite and gets my issues taken care in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Terrible company like most local exterminators. Go with a bigger company. They gave me a HUGE headache about needing permission from landlord to spray our home. Then, after not receiving a call back from Rhonda, and politely informing her that this caused a major inconvenience, she decided instead of apologizing to hang up on me and continued to hang up whenever I tried back. Who needs that kind of treatment? Thankfully because of that, we went with Terminix, which is a much cheaper company, more knowledgeable, and come out much sooner (Fitton had us waiting over 2 weeks for a brown recluse infestation whereas Terminix had a 2 day wait).

Heather came by on short notice to our rural property to take care of an ant problem. She was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable and good humored tradesperson I've encountered here. Kudos to Fitton for a good hire.
