I bought a house five months ago that had a pre-existing termite contract with this company. I replaced the roof and found evidence of termites through the decking and beyond. The technician came out and told the roofers that “carpenter ants“ had caused the damage. The technician never spoke to me, the homeowner at all. Shout out to Heather for taking on our wasp and hornet problem like a boss! After 3 failed attempts with a previous company, we were referred to Fitton. Heather was here ahead of schedule, very polite, very professional. Took the time to walk our property with us and point out things to watch for that we NEVER would have realized. Explained everything so I knew what to do to next to ensure those pesky things couldn't keep getting inside our house. The price was MORE than fair for our size proper
Called High Tech, they were highly recommended. David on the phone was easy to talk to, transparent, and very friendly. They sent their technician Tyler out to take care of us. He was very professional and polite. You can tell these guys understand what they are talking about. We had them provide a service for us and immediately signed up for their every other month service. Couldn't be happier and recommend them to everyone who is having trouble with pests in their home.
