I bought a house five months ago that had a pre-existing termite contract with this company. I replaced the roof and found evidence of termites through the decking and beyond. The technician came out and told the roofers that “carpenter ants“ had caused the damage. The technician never spoke to me, the homeowner at all. The privacy fence in the backyard was also no longer structurally sound, destroyed by what appeared to be termites (according to the carpenter). I spent 40k on the roof and another 15k on the fence…after being told by this company there was no active pest infestation. Two months later in the backyard, I noticed a large swarm of what appeared to be termites. I called. Tech stood on the front porch and told me they were flying ants. I let him around to the backyard hoping he would investigate. He did not. He continued to tell me that there are several different species of flying ants in Arkansas that eat wood and left. He did not treat anything, despite being asked. Also, the tech made an interesting statement that he treated this home for pests quarterly before I bought it. The infestation of common bugs in this house was absolutely unbelievable. If he treated it, maybe it was with water? There were wasps inside, stink bugs, hundreds of silverfish, centipedes. The house was never vacant. If he truly treated it quarterly, he treated it one month before I moved in. I inherited a termite contract with this company. Unfortunately, I do not believe that it is worth the paper it is written on. My really sure what to do from here.

Absolutely horrible, arrangements were made with this company through my refinance company to complete service for my VA loan. The refinance company an attack termite made an agreement to be paid through escrow and I was only informed of this agreement after it was made. This company was told they would be paid by check and later sent me a threatening text message saying they were going to report an unpaid debt to collections. I contacted my title company and they reached out and advised this company they would be receiving a check and provided them a check number this was the end of December 2024 we are 9 days into January 2025 and I receive another threatening text message from this company yet again saying they will be reporting to collections for unpaid debt. I called them and spoke with a lady who said she was the manager named Rhonda who threatened me once again that she was sending the debt to collections then said she was placing a lean on my property I told Rhonda she needed to contact my title company to ask about the check and where it might be as I paid them to pay her and I was not going to pay her a second time she again threatened a lean on my property so I kindly informed her the agreement was made between them and my finance company an to contact them then advised her if she continued to threaten me an my property with collections and a lean I would report the company to the better business bureau she huffed an hung up. I contacted my title company and they advised they had already sent them a check. I explained the situation and they advised they would call them an keep me informed my title company and refinance company also advised they would be putting the word out to other financing companies an title companies to black list this company so this doesn’t happen to another person.

They have sent me exactly 22 text messages and emails spamming me to renew their service. They left a big mess of chemicals all over my garage floor and sprayed my dogs water bowl. Safe chemicals my behind. Use a local business or do it yourself they spammed themself out of my wallet for sure. Done with them. Threatened me with a price 3 times higher than advertised if i didnt renew fast enough, like I didnt have enough going on right now.

The tech called me to ask if it would be ok if he showed up earlier than expected. Wow, that doesn't happen often, great customer service!! Two guys show up and completed the inspection even in this rain. They were soaked but still smiling and friendly. Thanks for hiring great employees.
