I would highly recommend this company. When I called and spoke with Kelly, she is delightful and knowledgeable and got us scheduled right away. The technician, Michael, was courteous and really new his stuff. He treated our property for red ants, as we have a life threatening allergy to them. He treated the inside and outside of our home for common pest such as spiders, ants, and flies. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. They don't lock you into a contract. I am very much happy to have Terminator treating our home and yard for pest! Thank you

Started a termite policy in March 7th 2023. They came in and did an inspection of the house missed several spaces that were occupied by termites. I've had to hire contactors twice now. If you can't get it right the first or second time I'm out. They drilled open holes in my house and left them. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Don't waste your time go with terminix it's worth the extra money you won't have to be paying people to come back and forth to three times to fix your house.

Mr. Warman, <br>It's so unfortunate that you feel we were unreliable and unprofessional. Terminator was called to inspect and treat your property for termites. The inspection revealed active termites, visible termite damage in multiple locations and it was communicated that there was a high probability of hidden damage behind the walls, due to the infestation that we found. It was communicated that we were not responsible for any damage found behind the walls because that occurred prior to us taking on the policy. We were hired to perform the treatment to kill the active termites and prevent anymore invading your home. We treated your home and apologize for the missed hole getting filled. We have tried to rectify this with you, but, unfortunately, you will not let us do so. To date, in your endeavors in remodeling this home, there have been no active termites found behind the walls where you are uncovering damage that has occurred prior to our treatment and taking on the policy. Each and every time you have reached out to us when you uncovered damage, a representative was there promptly and willing to inspect and retreat, as a precaution, within the parameters of the contract. We understand that you are rightly frustrated that you have acquired a home that was termite infested, however, the damage occurred before you reached out to us. We are deeply sorry that you feel we missed the mark. Terminator values every customer and works diligently to do the right thing when someone is not satisfied with our service or quality. We appreciate all of our customers and their support.

This company is a joke! Save yourself the headaches, money, and time. This company is unorganized and completely disrespectful. All they did was waste my time. My start up fee was higher than what I was quoted over the phone. Once I had my initial booked, the tech arrived at the wrong time, causing a missed interior spray. After the initial was missed due to the company’s lack and improper communication skills. Seeing that I still had bugs after multiple treatments, I asked them to cancel all of my existing contracts. I was charged for services they didn’t complete. Ultimately I called another company and the bug issue was resolved first time around. Dishonesty and unethical business practices is what this company is. The service was horrible! The scheduling is anything but flexible. And their products does not work. After working with Abco and agreeing to terms, terminator absolved Abco, told me their new terms...I then had to go through many channels to get approval for his price raise, once approval was granted i called back to commence service and was told they cant service my apartment complex...thanks for leading us on...now my tenants think im a liar because they all expect pest control to start from you....back to the drawing board just to start this process all over again. smh...
