I have had Elite Pest Termite spraying for bugs inside and out for the last 4 years. They originally came out and put out sticky sheets to see what kind of bugs I had. Now they spray every 2 months. What ever they used did not hurt my cat but it takes care of the bugs. They cost less than others who contacted me. Thank you Elite. I appreciate your service.

We’ve used Elite Termite and pest control for 20 years and have always been pleased with their professionalism, timeliness and cost of having a termite policy.

Elite came out for a flea treatment charged over $350 for treatment of the house and yard. We treated our pets the same day and followed the instructions of the tech that came out. Days later the fleas returned. We were told that the treatment had a lasting effect and that the chemicals would continue to work. We even treated the pets a second time. When I called back 2.5 weeks later to tell them that the treatment failed, they told me that I would have to pay full price for another treatment because I was out of the 10 day warranty period. The warranty period was not brought up at any time during scheduling or when the tech came out. Their follow up customer service is very poor and unhelpful. I will not be using elite in the future.

Just FYI they do not do yearly inspections when you pay for a termite policy. Got into an argument with the office lady and wanted to switch to a different company but it would cost too much money so I kept them and sent a check and apparently "they didn't get it". Went to pay my renewal this year and found this out. I have the carbon copy where I sent the check but that's not good enough to work with me. Now I have to pay someone else another few hundred to get another policy. Absolutely ridiculous service.
