Truly Nolan tech contacted me by phone for my annual termite assessment. We scheduled the appointment; day and time. As promised, he contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was right on time. He introduced himself at the door and told me how he would be inspecting my home. Meet Gary. Gary is not just an exterminator. No no. Gary is a seasoned and highly decorated bug bounty hunter, with a wand, a mission and absolutely no sympathy for unauthorized six legged inhabitants. Ants had already established a solid scouting force and roaches were quickly encroaching on the perimeter, but after speaking with our friends over at Truly Nolen they unleashed the Ant Assasin, (formerly known as the Roach Reaper but those records are sealed and cannot be confirmed nor denied.) Gary somehow made it to my house before I Was off the phone with Nolen, Talk about a fast response time. He was focused, calm, and served eviction notices to every member of the local insect population, who found themselves suddenly reconsidering their housing situation. Gary tipped his hat, flashed a smile, and was off to save the next fearful family from insect invasion. Wherever you are Gary- thank you sir.

Bo is very professional, well spoken and thorough. Never before has any inspector opened all the cabinet and closet doors! After telling him how bad the termites have been he suggested these trapping stations that are buried in the yard around the house. Very nice and knowledgeable man.

I had the pleasure working with Truly Nolan and had Pitt (Joey)as the exterminator. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, communicative, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything he was going to do before getting started and also as he did it, and walked me through the possible entry points where rodents could be getting into my home. He performed a fog test, which revealed that my house is connected to neighboring homes, and he took the time to explain what that meant and the best way to handle the situation moving forward. He made sure to place all the necessary traps inside my home and provided photos of every area he treated, which gave me complete confidence in the work he performed. I live in an older home and makes things a bit more tricky but he did a great job in covering “unique” entry areas. What impressed me most was how detail-oriented he was. He genuinely wanted to make sure my home was fully protected and that I understood every step of the process. On top of that, he was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and thorough pest control professional!
