Bobby from K&R came out to my house to give me a free inspection and advice for a bed bug problem I thought I had. I spoke with him for 10-15 minutes to go over different options for treating the problem and then showed him a picture I took of the insect. Turns out I should have started with the picture. He confirmed that the insect was actually a spider and not a bed bug like I thought. He gave me some solid advice on how to treat the problem myself and didn't charge me anything. Work ethic like this is a rare treat these days. I was impressed by his knowledge and honesty and will keep him in mind for any future issues I have with pests. I would also recommend him to anyone looking for an honest assessment of their problem. The other local pest control companies I called all wanted to charge me for an inspection and were quick to quote out an expensive solution that would have ended up being overkill for my spider problem.

This company is amazing. We found lots wasps near our pool and needed professional help. Bobby with K&R Pest Management came out, assessed the situation and provided some options. I’ve been searching for a solution to my very bad scorpion problem for almost 2 years. We would go outside at night and easily find 50-100 on our rock walls. Constant problem with them getting inside too. After a couple of treatments from Bobby and crew, we are finding a much reduced population outside with only an occasional stray inside…and they’re usually dead or dying. These guys have listened to our problems and found good solutions I was not offered by other companies. Attention to details, offering real solutions, doing what they say they will do. Very happy with the service!

I own a business at Scottsdale and Shea. We are in a two-story building, so we are unable to easily access the roof. Last year our AC went out and my AC guy said the units were caked with pigeon droppings and feathers. Because of the debris the units failed and had to be replaced. We called Bobby at K & R Pest Management and he worked for many hours creating an unpleasant environment for the birds. After almost a year we continue to notice a decrease in pigeon activity. Last week our AC guy was back on the roof and he said it is an amazing improvement. While we know we can never eliminate the birds entirely I think we have made our buildings less attractive to them.

Bobby was extremely responsive to my request for his service, listening to my observations and needs he educated me and explained what he will be doing as well as things to look out for. He was unbelievably fast and immediately began seeing results of his work. I’m looking forward to observing the next few nights to see how well the scorpion problem I’ve been suffering is resolved. I also asked him about mosquitos and gave me tips on managing them as well. I’m looking forward to his continued service and being able to enjoy my backyard in peace.

Robert (Bobby) and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, responsive and takes pride in his work. The previous company I used, put up netting which looks terrible. Bobby uses an optical gel which looks great and is not an eye sore. He went the extra mile deep cleaning and following up with me days, weeks later to make sure I didn’t have any issues. No pigeons and no mess to clean up. I highly recommend him and his company. I will continue to use him for my other homes.

Bobby has the pest control service I’ve used in AZ! He is very thorough, I’ve seen ONE dead bug in my condo compared to the multiple I’d find after my last service provider would visit.
