One of the worst experiences I've had with a business. Ty charged me $500 dollars for a job that I've gotten done in the past for only $200, so the service was overpriced, plus he didn't even try to get rid of the roaches. Not to mention Ty emailed me an entire judgemental essay of how gross the house was that I was getting sprayed. This review is for RJ and employee a friendly past. RJ is the ideal employee. He is focused, efficient, and professional. When it comes to his work ethic, he’s an animal. He lays out his work before him and gets organized gets all his tools ready and then he’s nonstop motion until he completes all of his tasks. When I ask questions, he communicates well. If we had an army of RJ‘s, we would be safe from the rest of the world. Friendly pass or very lucky to find such a dedicated hard-working man.

Angie came out today….so surprised to see a girl dealing with these rodents! She told me she loves her job and the company she works with! Big plus!! She spent quite a bit of time inspecting 3 buildings, gave me reasonable options and validated the one I choose. And she loved on my dog! Another plus! Professional, timely, courteous….excellent in every way!
