Sean was great. He called asking if he could come earlier than scheduled to get us taken care of before the winds kicked up. Then Sean took the time the walk the property with me so I could show what we wanted sprayed for weeds and what we didn't. Very polite, Adventure has a good person in Sean! Repeat Customer!!! Scott did a spray for us and was very thorough. I think it took him longer than he expected, but he didnt speed up to get it done. Still took his time and made sure we did a good spray on the areas we discussed with him.

Ken came out to give us a quote on a skunk problem and service our yard for gophers. He was on time and very helpful explaining the new quote and plan. Meagan in the main office was also great on follow up and coordination of appointments.
Sutton weed and pest control has been terrific! When we've had any problems they've always come out in a timely manner. They always call and let you know when they're on their way in approximately when they will be there. Their technicians are thorough and always listen. They are definitely a five-star company with a terrific management team.

Scott Maxwell with Adventure pest and Wildlife did a very good job of spraying the weed areas at my house.
Sean was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He was so nice even though he was working in the snow as he applied our weed treatment. We’ve been served by this company for three years now and they’ve been great to work with. We always appreciate their reminders for upcoming pest and weed control appts. Since receiving their services we see a major difference in both weeds and pests. The office is always exceptionally prompt in answering calls or texts and that hasn’t wavered once in our three years with them.

Great service- Daniel was friendly and conscientious in the weed elimination treatment that we received. He was mindful of his hose and it not causing any damage. We appreciate the quality of service in controlling our weeds- it really works!

I've been conflicted as to whether to leave this review but am hoping it helps another customer avoid the frustration I've encountered. The office manager Katie Sparks falsified the initial estimate I signed for services, making it appear that I approved additional charges that I never authorized. In trying to speak to her about this & come to a resolution as well as schedule the service, she ignored my calls/voicemails & texts for over 3 weeks. She has made no effort & there has been zero communication from her to try to rectify the situation. On a better note, the technician Daniel who initially evaluated my property was wonderful & helped to get me in touch with one of Adventure's client service representatives Meagan when I couldn't get a response from the office. Meagan tried her best to remedy the situation as much as her job position allowed to which I am grateful for her professionalism & empathy.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I received Adventure Pest and Wildlife. We've had squirrel problems in our attic and crawl space on and off for the last 20 years in our vacation home A month after the work, I cam to visitand decided to bit the bullet cost wise and fix the problem. Ken's initial visit to diagnose the problem and point out potential points of entry for the squirrels was extensive and thorough and he responded to my questions quickly. Tyler spent 4 plus days laying down and burying the stainless steel wire mesh barricade around the house and plugged other points of entry. Also added were reflective anti-woodpecker spinners to prevent further damage to the facia. 3 squirrels were trapped in the attic space during and after this process and taken to the forest. Tyler sent progress photos daily to keep me updated and we had a followup meeting on-site after the work was complete. A month later I came to visit and noticed the rain had eroded dirt and exposed the wire mesh; I texted AP & W several times and did not hear back. I took it upon myself to remedy the situation and at that point decided to not leave a favorable review. However after another recent visit (2 months after the work was done) I heard a squirrel in the attic and discovered a small entry point on the deck that had not been secured by the wire mesh. I called and made an appointment for the following Monday. The problem was resolved and Daniel added additional gravel/dirt cover over some of the wire mesh that became exposed. At this point I feel the problem has been resolved and appreciate the 2 followup visits from Tyler and Daniel.

Had the area around our house and along the fence line treated for weeds. Some weeds died but many did no. Many new weeds have popped up. Called to schedule a no charge retreatment, to make it right. They did not show for their inspection/treatment and have not returned our calls. Will not use them again. Wasted three days of my weekly pay! No way to run a business.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your frustration and want to make sure your concerns are fully addressed.<br><br>After reviewing your account, I found that your most recent weed control service was completed in July 2024. Because this service is performed once per year, and the call-in occurred beyond the warranty period, the free retreatment option was no longer available at that time. Our warranty for gravel areas requires the product to be watered in within 15 days of treatment and covers one free spot treatment within 30–60 days if those conditions are met. Once past that period, additional treatments would be billed per gallon.<br><br>I also reviewed our communication logs. We did receive one call from you that was returned promptly by our office staff, and a voicemail was left. However, I completely understand how frustrating it can feel when communication seems inconsistent. We recently discovered that an advertising company we previously worked with had published incorrect contact numbers, which has since been resolved and discontinued to prevent this issue from happening again.<br><br>We truly value your business and the opportunity to improve. I’d be happy to personally review your property’s current condition and discuss options to help get your weed control back on track. I've never left a bad review for anyone local. However I'm so weirded out by this company. They refused service to me today. I remember using there service a year or so ago, and they had a tech that was out sick and kept rescheduled and rescheduling me. I finally got somebody out and they did a decent job on my weeds. I guess even though the issue is long in the past they are refusing service for issues on their end. So weird. Better to make up for small miscues than to refuse buisness. Small town used to recommend them when they were Sutton to all me neighbors. Won't be recommending them anymore.

They don't have contracts to screw you! Had them come out with the knowledge I would be gone for at least 3 weeks. When I called them back to do a better job they said there was a 2 week window to call them back, so I would have to pay full price AGAIN! They ended up charging me another 100$ instead of the 50$ the first tech told me it would be. Do yourself a favor, DON"T use these thieves.

I truly apologize that you're unhappy with the outcome, and I want to ensure we do everything we can to address your concerns.<br><br>Regarding the gopher treatment, a follow-up treatment within two weeks would not have been sufficient for optimal results. To provide the best possible control, we initially treated your property and then scheduled a second treatment four weeks later after your request. Unfortunately, a follow-up within just two weeks would not have been adequate, so we made sure to complete the necessary steps to address the issue thoroughly. We don't treat to put a bandaid on the situation; we treat to eliminate the problem. A follow-up treatment four weeks later wouldn't have been sufficient, and I'm sorry you're not pleased with that approach.
Never did work with this company because all call backs from them are being detected as "potential spam". I will never answer a call from potential spam. I would really look into this issue.

I had to come back and change my review. initially the left a great impression. However, after they treated and sealed our cabin, we paid $4,409, followed ALL their recommendations, the problem is as bad as it was before they treated. After they got their money, they are non-responsive to our requests for contacts. The GUARANTEED their work?

Beware. Paid $800 to have stickers/goatheads removed from my property. Called to let them know I still had a whole backyard full. They wanted to charge again for their service when they should have made sure they were permanently removed the first time. As a senior citizen I had to water this large area by buying a commercial sprinkler to use. According to the company my warranty expired and no second phone call to treat the goatheads. They probably would have charged me more money for the second treatment. So I am left with a backyard of goatheads and out $800. Should have used tru-green. I do not recommend this company. They are out for the money and don't fix the problem.

Once in the Spring and once in the fall. All of our customers receive the watering instructions as well as what the warranty covers if watered in. We try to be very diligent in making sure every customer is aware of what needs to happen after a treatment. I apologize if you feel this was not adequately done so. Your treatment was done last April. You should have received a reminder to get on the Fall schedule. <br>Again we apologize for any frustrations you are having.
I have a bat issue at my newly purchased Cabin and called Sutton. I was charged $150 to get the itemized quote for over $25,000. Only wanted a portion of the work done and was quoted additional $250 to come back out and re-quote. In all fairness, I asked after the winter because of the heavy snow fall on our roof. $400 quoting and no work was done. No thank you.

I had both Randy, and Eric at my home to perform various tasks with pest control. Both of them smelt like a chimney. I had the hardest time letting either of them into my home for anything. Also, right after Randy left I found a cigarette butt on my driveway. I had to go pick it up. Very unprofessional service. Will never consider using them again.

Our initial treatment was done by Scott and he was phenomenal. He heard my concerns and addressed all my requests. He provided an exceptional value and customer experience. Our next technician was exactly the opposite. He did not listen, he did not treat wasps near my entry way (told me to treat myself with dish soap) and had something negative to say about every request I made. Unfortunately we won't be returning as clients since this technician (he said his name once quickly, difficult to hear) did not address half of our issues and fought me on the half he did. Two stars because that initial tech was so amazing.
