I've been conflicted as to whether to leave this review but am hoping it helps another customer avoid the frustration I've encountered. The office manager Katie Sparks falsified the initial estimate I signed for services, making it appear that I approved additional charges that I never authorized. In trying to speak to her about this & come to a resolution as well as schedule the service, she ignored my calls/voicemails & texts for over 3 weeks. Sean was great. He called asking if he could come earlier than scheduled to get us taken care of before the winds kicked up. Then Sean took the time the walk the property with me so I could show what we wanted sprayed for weeds and what we didn't. Very polite, Adventure has a good person in Sean! Repeat Customer!!! Scott did a spray for us and was very thorough. I think it took him longer than he expected, but he didnt speed up to get it done. Still took his time and made sure we did a go

Sean was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He was so nice even though he was working in the snow as he applied our weed treatment. This review is for RJ and employee a friendly past. RJ is the ideal employee. He is focused, efficient, and professional. When it comes to his work ethic, he’s an animal. He lays out his work before him and gets organized gets all his tools ready and then he’s nonstop motion until he completes all of his tasks. When I ask questions, he communicates well. If we had an army of RJ‘s, we would be safe from the rest of the world. Friendly pass or very lucky to find such a dedicated hard-working man.
