Ozone is a fantastic pest service! We have been with them for over 15 years and NEVER have pests. Highly recommend even if you don't have pests. They can keep it that way for a fair price. Ditch your guys and go with my guys they are better! Take the challenge you won't go back

Used them regularly for 4 months, after seeing multiple spiders after being sprayed i called a different company to come take a look. Only to find out my house has an entire spider nest outside that Ozone did nothing about. We also had a recurrent ant problem in our backyard that they “took care of” to have the ants come back 2 weeks later. the new company also found the culprit of the ant hill and fixed the issue. DONT use this company they obviously don’t know what they are doing, not to mention every time you call the woman who answers gives horrible attitude. If you want a company that actually deals with bug issues contact simply green pest control.

Just started with ozone. Family owned, good and fair business practices!

After being a customer for almost 20 years, I called to get service ASAP because my wife was freaked out because we had cockroaches in the kitchen. The worker are fine but the lady that owns the company doesn't know what customer service is, she's always annoyed and acts like we should be grateful she Answered the phone. After listing the hassle that SHE would have to go through she said she would get somebody out there...As soon as she could, she got somebody out there a WEEK later.. Then recently they raised their prices and that sparked me finding a different company. There are too many other companies to put up with terrible customer service.

Good communication about service day and time. Consistent and responsive to questions.

I have been using Ozone for about a year. I called them to address my scorpion problem. Since they have been servicing my house, the only scorpions I have seen are dead ones. I also like that they ask if I have been having issues with pests/bugs before they spray & if there are any areas they should target.

Dishonest. Treated our home in AZ while we were out of state most of the year. Learned after 5 years they were not treating the inside of our home or our back yard the entire time! No one yelled at your staff. She lied repeatedly to us about service you were supposedly providing our home such as “ you want the inside of your home done?”or, “We contact your house sitter to get in the back gate!” ( which was never locked!) We paid for monthly service and did not receive it! As far as mentioning family we are not speaking to that would be taking the low unprofessional road! That family member and our relationship is not something any professional would bring up in this review . Shows your level. You take advantage of homeowners who are away… that simple. We never referred you and we chose a professional company for termite prevention. New homeowner has been warned!

First off 85 bucks just for an impersonal tech to show up who won't answer questions or explain what the treatment process is? Ok fine, but then your gonna tell me treatment is 855 more? Haha... no thanks.
