We had our yard serviced today for weeds! The last time we had our yard done was two years ago. We didn’t have weeds hardly pop up until this year. Great service and I have loved not dealing with weeds. Very affordable!

So far, so good with our intro appointment with Harry and team who did an evaluation and appraisal for mitigation of our termite problem. He explained the process thoroughly of what they would do and what chemicals would be used. He has an impressive business and highly recommended. Ozone is a fantastic pest service! We have been with them for over 15 years and NEVER have pests. Highly recommend even if you don't have pests. They can keep it that way for a fair price. Ditch your guys and go with my guys they are better! Take the challenge you won't go back

Used them regularly for 4 months, after seeing multiple spiders after being sprayed i called a different company to come take a look. Only to find out my house has an entire spider nest outside that Ozone did nothing about. We also had a recurrent ant problem in our backyard that they “took care of” to have the ants come back 2 weeks later. the new company also found the culprit of the ant hill and fixed the issue. DONT use this company they obviously don’t know what they are doing, not to mention every time you call the woman who answers gives horrible attitude. If you want a company that actually deals with bug issues contact simply green pest control.

After being a customer for almost 20 years, I called to get service ASAP because my wife was freaked out because we had cockroaches in the kitchen. The worker are fine but the lady that owns the company doesn't know what customer service is, she's always annoyed and acts like we should be grateful she Answered the phone. After listing the hassle that SHE would have to go through she said she would get somebody out there...As soon as she could, she got somebody out there a WEEK later.. Then recently they raised their prices and that sparked me finding a different company. There are too many other companies to put up with terrible customer service.

Every business expense has gone up. We have tried and tried over the years to cover these expenses, but just cant make it work anymore. We hate raising prices on our customers.<br>You were raised 5.00 during the almost 20 years of service. <br>I am very sorry to see you go, and would gladly take you back at our current rate.<br>

I have been using Ozone for about a year. I called them to address my scorpion problem. Since they have been servicing my house, the only scorpions I have seen are dead ones. I also like that they ask if I have been having issues with pests/bugs before they spray & if there are any areas they should target.

Dishonest. Treated our home in AZ while we were out of state most of the year. Learned after 5 years they were not treating the inside of our home or our back yard the entire time! No one yelled at your staff. She lied repeatedly to us about service you were supposedly providing our home such as “ you want the inside of your home done?”or, “We contact your house sitter to get in the back gate!” ( which was never locked!) We paid for monthly service and did not receive it! As far as mentioning family we are not speaking to that would be taking the low unprofessional road! That family member and our relationship is not something any professional would bring up in this review . Shows your level. You take advantage of homeowners who are away… that simple. We never referred you and we chose a professional company for termite prevention. New homeowner has been warned!

First off 85 bucks just for an impersonal tech to show up who won't answer questions or explain what the treatment process is? Ok fine, but then your gonna tell me treatment is 855 more? Haha... no thanks.

I'm sorry you are not happy with......I guess, our pricing. You had a refinance inspection done. That cost was 85.00. The inspector found Termites at various locations on your home. He wrote up a proposal, with extreme detail of how treatment would be completed. The bottom of the proposal has a key to help you understand treatment specs.<br>Please understand that these inspections are legal forms and we as a company must report everything we see. I am sorry if this delayed your refinancing of your home.<br>As far as the proposal price, we are not the cheapest or the most expensive. We do take pride in the fact we use only the best products, and use them according to the label. Once again, I am sorry for your misunderstanding.
