I had them out up bird netting and we had a small misunderstanding but they came back out on a Saturday no less and resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction. So that being said I would recommend this company.

Excellent Service!!!! I HATE ants!!!!! I feel like I live on an ant hill. The ants were taking over my kitchen and dining room. I was warned that they might not disappear with just one treatment because of their life cycle but sure enough, they did!!!!! I requested a quote on Sunday, received an immediate response and they were here on Monday. I HIGHLY recommend Black Pearl!!!

Yearly termite service suppose to be done. Charged my account and no service. Disputed the charge after 2 weeks.....No Service! Disputed the charge and finally get contacted by them after the fact. Poor business service....beware.

Black Pearl might not be the cheapest pest control out there, but they might be the best value. I used Black Pearl to get rid of some pigeons and put up netting on my solar panels. They were quick, friendly, and didn't just get rid of the pigeons and put the netting in; they cleaned up most of the droppings on the ground and surrounding area. They are not going to 100% clean the area, but they get most of it. That was more than I was expecting. So often when you see "clean up" they mean they clean up any mess they make, which means it's no better when they started. I'm sure I could find someone cheaper next time, but I know if I go with these guys, I'm not going to regret my decision.

Very pleasant experience and easy to do business with these folks!! Just excellent service! Worked me in same day I called despite being busy! Also guaranteed results for a scorpion spraying, told me they would come back at no charge if needed! Their rates are the lowest around too! Use Black Pearl for our business as well and the service and rates are consistent! Look no further for a great local company that can handle large and small jobs for most any type of pest!

We've been customers with Black Pearl for almost 2 years now. Nothing but good things to share. We haven't seen any scorpions indoors since they started servicing us. Love that they provide an animal and kid safe product. All the employees do a great job. The pricing is great. Very satisfied with the company.
