Fantastic service, great communication, and excellent price.

Our dog was almost killed when found wandering in the street after they left the gate open. This would have devastated us.

Left a voice mail stating that the day they scheduled would not work. No reply, sent their guy out and only did the front yard, still charged me $45 for practically nothing. Tried calling several times but always got recording. Very unprofessional

I feel like our tech always goes out of his way to make sure that all our needs are met. I appreciate that he takes the time to check in with us.

We switched from the service we had been with for 4 years as they had gotten complacent, never acknowledged phone calls or emails, never had the same person more than once, got consistently arbitrary information and finally, had enough. We wanted a local company and chose Mojo from a web search. We are so, so pleased with everything they have done for us and we LOVE LaVelle. Termite inspection for a re-fi? check! Ant invasion? ck! yellow jackets around the pool? ck! crickets and giant grasshoppers? ck! Love Mojo!

I truly don’t know where to start, hands down the best pest control company out there. I’ve used them for a long time now and the owner Coby, is a gem. I really appreciate him calling me back to talk with him about some bees and I was terrified! He truly hires the best people and the guys that have been out have been incredibly nice/friendly, and thorough. Another thing I really like is they don’t just show up when it’s convenient - they actually schedule appointments. They’ll come back if you see a bug between treatments (which has been rare for me). Wish a lot more companies would operate the way he runs his business. Keep up the great work team Mojo! You guys’ are rockstars! And thanks for keeping my house spider free!

Outstanding and High quality pest control services! I highly recommend them.

The technicians our good and do good work but the customer service is the worst that I have experienced in a long time. They are supposed to come monthly and I have put in several calls to find out when they are coming I never get a call back well I shouldn’t say that I do get a call back if I put enough calls but it’s like a week later. When I have a pest control company taking care of our house I expect to be able to pick up the phone and call and have someone answer or have someone return my call in a reasonable time. Mojo pest control does not answer the phone or call you back in a reasonable by the time so for that reason I am going to start looking for a new pest control company one that I can count on.

Overall I had been happy with Mojo Service. I haven't had any issues with bugs or needing call backs. However their customer service is the absolute worst! I've been trying to reach them for three weeks. Three emails, three phone calls. NOTHING. They never answer their phone. It's always a voicemail. They no longer respond to emails. I'm a very tolerant person, but when it comes to horrible customer service even I have my limit.

As aways, Lavelle is professional and courteous. He walked the property before beginning the treatment and checked with us to see if there have been changes and/or concerns! Extremely happy with the service

Mojo Pest Control is the best! Ever since we hired Mojo we have been pest free. They go above and beyond in my opinion especially compared to our previous pest control company. I highly recommend Mojo Pest Control for any and all of your pest needs.

We've been using mojo for a few years but recently their customer service has nosedived. I've emailed them 3 times trying to get a tech out to spray the inside of my house. The first time they just randomly sent a tech to redo the outside and sent me an email about it a week later. I've emailed twice since then and heard nothing. In my last email I told them we no longer need their services and to not send a tech out, but of course they sent someone anyway.

Dominic did a fantastic job and followed up with a written summary complete with photographs. Mojo is an excellent company to work with - seamless billing, effortless scheduling.. a highly satisfied customer.

So far not impressed. We bought a Groupon and called to schedule service. Once I told them it was a Groupon I was told that had to be done through another person. They said the scheduler would call me and four days later, still waiting.

I have been a customer for a year now. The bugs are controlled for about 2 weeks after the schedule services and then I usually have to call and schedule a retreat. My problem that I am having is when I call. The voicemail says they are open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. No matter what time I call I have never spoken to anybody in person. I usually get a call back within the next couple days, which I miss because I am at work. I feel it is pretty unprofessional to always have to speak to a voicemail. I called today and the same thing happened. Now all I want to know is when is my contract up so I can go somewhere else?

Pushy door guy shows up at my door. I tell him it's not a good time. I ask it's important, of course he starts in a speel. .....in a NO SOLICITORS NEIGHBORHOOD. What are you doing me a public service. THANKS ORIKIN FOR NOT KNOCKING ON DOORS.

Terrible service ...plus they steal from your water.
