Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

We hired Truly Nolan to remove roof rats from our property. The inspector/sales rep they sent over was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The inspector noticed a section of our overhang roofing that seemed to have a 1” gap running along it. This was a terrible experience, full of missteps, deceitful tactics to get more money from me, rude defensive employees (including the manager), and straight out lies and misrepresentation to the customer. Came take a look suppose is the attick , where the mites come, came like a Thursday and still don’t have information of the estimate from sept and not either calls , no response , didn’t have the amability to call at least not approve , now I got other company for it. 6000 every body found it so expensive for just a 2004 square feet single home.
