I’ve been with Don’s Bees for 5 years at this point and have always been had the best experiences with their entire staff. I had a bad scorpion problem before (3-5 a week) now I rarely see one and if I do it isn’t moving. I have a dog and 2 little kids so keeping them safe from scorpions is a high priority,

The man came the next morning, it took a few day's but everything is so much better.. his name was Travis and he was very thorough and friendly... The nice lady at customer service sent him even before we confirmed payment and gave us 2 weeks to pay.. very helpful and we feel so much better..

Today was the second time I've hired Don's Bees to address a pigeon problem. Both experiences (2019 and 2025) were good. Technicians were good communicators, professional and efficient. Their consistency over the years gives me confidence in their expertise, and I appreciate their reliable service. Becareful when hiring any weed control company. My neighbor alerted me that their weed and pest control may have killed one bush and a tree of his and one bush and one tree of mine with the last weed treatment on his property. These trees and bushes are very close to one another. All four died near one another at the same time AND quickly, 1st red flag. I had this tree and bush for the last 9 years with zero problems. The neighbor called to make a complaint and Don did nothing other then explain it away. I called this company and was met with rude responses. Don himself called back and explained the process of the chemicals they use. To me, the process seems like anyone could make a mistake with these chemicals, since accidents happen in any industry. He could not even admit to this being a possible accident which is a major red flag. Don says its impossible to kill a tree with his chemicals. I called another weed control company to account for any of this and they did confirm that technicians can easily kill trees with these chemicals. Bottom line, think twice about any company you hire with weed control. Trees are expensive and these companies will only lie to you about thier mistakes. Just wait till you go tree shopping. You'll wished you listened.

I have been using Don's Bees for over 2 years and I dont have enough kind words for them. Mike is awsome, he has been spraying our house now for some time and always has time to answer all our questions and even reminds me of simple things to help reduce the bug issue like stuffed animals can be an issue which i forgot so after he left I started putting all my sons stuffed animals in the dryer. You can't find a better company to get rid of those pests and as I said before our dog Daisy has not had issues with fleas since they have been coming to my home. I no longer have the bug issue that got me to call them in the first place so thank you very much for what you have done for me. your team is awsome I recommend you to everyone. And will keep you for as long as you are in business so I hope is a very long time.

Had a very very large honey bee hive, multiple combs, etc. Mike came out the same day that we called them and exterminated/removed honey combs (to avoid ants and returns), cleaned up, gave very thorough information and proceeded to be finish job. Very reasonable charge for a large infestation. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Keep up the good work Mike.

I was given an affordable price for termites by the owner , I accepted it and I had to reschedule appointment due to work schedule and woman who answered phone stated if I had made arrangements with her it would have been a higher price. Her attitude was unprofessionall. I decided to do business elswhere.

Terrible communication called and called and was forwarded to voicemail. Also found out they operate the business out of their house. Seems professional.

I had some Arizona Bees decide to move into the column on my front porch. Don was thorough, knowledgeable and affordable. He really knows bees and was fun just to learn how to secure my house. We moved here a year ago and he inspected the perimeter of my house and told me a couple areas that need to be caulked to avoid these pesky little guys. Don't ignore them. They can turn a nuisance into a huge problem if not addressed.
