We have used them for over 3 years. They were great until this last year. We have told them we need morning appointments. They kept scheduling us for late in the day. This last month they didnt even show up. And when they came the month before they only spayed the inside of the house and the tech they sent was terrible. Lazy young man. Jonah always treated us good. We will miss him but done with their company.

Chris is wonderful!! Always super professional, thorough, and friendly. Our favorite tech!! Prices are reasonable and with our monthly spraying we rarely have any pests, and if we do they are almost always dead. We have used Branhams for years and plan to continue!

Joe Branham and his family do an excellent job of providing these services to our community. I am especially pleased with my tech, Mark. I know him to be very trustworthy, knowledgeable and personable. I never worry about him taking care of things even if i am not there! After paying big bucks for five years to the pest company recommended when I bought my new home in Casa Grande, I switched to Branham's. Today I had my initial inspection and my home was sprayed for insects. Mark, the service person, was exceptional. He arrived on time, patiently answered all of my questions, and did a thorough spraying around my home and the perimeter of my lot. (I didn't want any interior spraying.) After this initial inspection and spraying, my bi-monthly charges will be MUCH less that I was paying for service recommended by the builders. I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend Mark and others at Barnham's.

We really like Branham's Exterminating. Mark castillo comes once each month. He is very professional and we never have to worry about uninvited guests.

FIVE stars for Mark! When I started with Branham we got lucky with Mark. My house was a mess and I had a huge spider problem. Mainly because the property had been neglected and an accumulation of junk. Mark came worked his magic, never judged just took care of business. He has always been professional and caring. He takes care of our home with respect and is mindful of our pets. Branham is lucky to have a hard worker like Mark. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER RETIRE.

I've been using Branham's Exterminating for 3+ years now in 3 different homes and have always loved the service. Our specialist, Mark, has always been amazing. He's extremely respectful of our home, has an incredibly positive attitude, and is very personable. He always answers our questions thoroughly and suggests treatments based upon the area we're located in, making sure we're best taken care of for the most common pests near us. We love Branham's service but even more than that we love the people they employ because they always take of us! Thanks Mark!

Terrible customer service, very rude girl who answers the phone. This company apparently is contracted with our community association to spray here, unbeknownst to us. Technician left a note on our door with a phone number to call for questions. Yet when I called to get information the girl told me she didn’t know anything about spraying at our address, couldn’t help and then hung up on me. Perhaps a more appropriate response would have been to offer to look into it and get back to me? Instead I was told that since they were technically closed at the time I called she felt she should not even have picked the phone up! Really? Then next time don’t.. wait until your office is open when you might perhaps be a bit more inclined to be polite and helpful instead of nasty, rude and unhelpful. Whether your company is working a contract in a community or directly with a homeowner you should always make an effort to treat everyone that contacts your office, especially when they are using the note and contact information your technician left to use, with courtesy and at the very least an offer to try and help. This girl did neither. : (

If I could give them zero stars I would. Hired this company to go get rid of bees. Here we are three weeks later with a house full of bees. Called them to see why we still have a bee problem and was told that there is no guarantee that the bees will stay away. Wait what? Did I not hire a professional to take care of the bee problem. They stated that they can come out and treat it again with a full charge again but can't guarantee that this will take care of the problem. Will never hire this company again. I don't even know how they are still in business.

A review that should be read prior to making an appointment so you are aware how this company works in advance with scheduling. Its not good. I had called almost 2 weeks ago to make an appt for extermination but wanted to get someone out to look at termites as well. The call went great that I had thought anyways got a time set up between 8am and 11am which was no problem they stated that a call would be made out when the lady was on her way. I just got a call today to confirm tomorrow but the time changed to later in the afternoon after 12pm and after. I had stated I called 2 weeks in advance why the change and it was explained to me that other appts had been made since then and they make appts based off distance not when you call. So really there is no making an appointment with this company they just book up people closest and push out customers further away till they push them into next day I guess. I don't have between 8am and 9pm to wait at home. We had made plans around them coming over and to be told that our 2 week appt got pushed because other customers are closer is very poor management and scheduling on there end. I was excited to use there service but they made it very clear they aren't going to value my time as a customer so we will be looking else where for some where that does actually care about our time like we care about there's.

I am so disappointed and upset after hiring Branhams Exterminating Pest Control to come n get rid of bees that invaded air ventilation holes in my attic. Bees did not move on as hoped and i could not find bee keepers to service cg, so had to seek treatment. Upon charging 275.00 for a treatment, the bees are still there and called Branhams for a followup treatment. They don't stand behind their service and wanted another 275.00 for the visit! They stated they dont guarantee the treatment and they are not certified! That 1st treatment , they came at 10a when bees are active & buzzing (stated they usually treat very early or late when bees return and are all there… that those were returning bees that had been out - so why treat at that time?… yes i was anxious for service and afraid they may come into the house, but i am not the bee expert. These are very high and certified prices if thats the case! My response, is why would I hire you again, when you did not successfully treat the first time, dont guarantee or stand behind your service!

5 days pass and I still see spiders and spider webs inside my house... I call back and the owner gives me a problem and is trying too charge me another $75 service fee too come back to my house and spraye... she had attitude and acted as If I was lying! When I asked too speak too the owner she said I am the owner I’m going too check into the matter and give you a call back NEVER DID! this business is a joke it’s all about customer satisfaction! In my option don’t go with a local company over a company with a 5 star google review.. you’ll end up getting chemicals that are diluted and a owner that thinks your lying wen you say you still see spider webs! I would give this buisness 0 stars if possible

One their drivers,pushed me and my son onto opposite side of road right now while he was on the phone. Lucky having my son has changed my ways my boy🖕

Shame because their service used to be fantastic. But over the past three months, something in their office management has fallen apart, causing customer service to fall way beneath acceptable. Most recently, they scheduled for my routine service as normal for them (one day ahead), when the Tech arrived it was raining hard so he suggested we reschedule saying the office will call me Monday. By Thursday I received NO call so I called them. They scheduled me for that Saturday 8am. No one showed so I called office about 10am leaving a message, but they do not staff office on Saturdays even though they have Techs servicing accounts. however I received a text from Tech at 5:30 that there was a mixup with the route tickets. I received no callback from office on Monday, or Tuesday, but their office being right on top of things, they finally got around to calling on Wednesday, and they rescheduled (now the third rescheduling) for Friday 8am. I waited until 9am and still no one called or showed-up for scheduled service. about 9:15am I called office, they apologized and said they will try to work me in later that day or Saturday and would call me back. About 1.5 hours later they called to say Tech would be out next day, Saturday between 8 and 8:30am (4th rescheduling on their part). It is now 9:40am and again no call, no show. BTW they said there would be no charge for service because of all the inconveniences. That makes the second time of no charge in as many months for their scheduling issues. Personally, I'd be more than happy to pay for service, if I could just get them to perform their service. I suppose it is time to look for a new exterminator. UPDATE: 9:50am a technician knocked on my door. He apologized for being late that his truck broke down. I advised him that appointment was for between 8-8:30. I also told him I am sorry but I am done with this company as this is the 4th reschedule by the office due to them missing appointments, plus previous issues.
