Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services - Casa Grande

Kevin & Daniel have been caring for my mother’s house in Casa Grande for the last year & a half, after my dad passed way. Not only do they do a fantastic job, I really appreciate how kind & courteous they are to her. She thinks very highly of them, and asked me to leave this review for them. Edited/update: we were very happy until: 1. We added them to our rental property in sunnyslope. The tech who sprays for weeds does a terrible job, has to come back and re-spray several times, and only works T/W/Th 7-12:00. This schedule doesn’t work for us. And 2. I needed to cancel a pest service at our casa grande home. When I told them - and said I wouldn’t reschedule until spring - they said I would now be charge $25 for every ‘skipped’ treatment. Mind you a big selling point was no contract. This sounds like a contract. Not paying you to not come treat for pests. Excellent service! Excellent value. These guys are a great local small biz. They spray our home outside only every other month and zero bugs! Also spray for weeds and weed prevention. Ben is our ‘guy’ but I’m sure they are all awesome. Highly recommend. Considerate. Kind. Respectful of pets and property.

We took time off work to be home in the 2-hr window the company specified and they left before the time slot even started. Things come up; understandable. But I spoke to their receptionist at the time to ask the reason and her attitude was to answer sarcastically. Speaking with my fiancé a few minutes later, she was apologetic and offered him management. So, be a male when you call here, for the receptionist’s sake.

Arizona’s Best Choice Pest & Termite Services is excellent! Ben was on time, educational, & thorough. He started with a warm greeting & explanation on what he was going to do & the importance of why. He sprayed our inside perimeter, then moved to the garage, and finished with the front and backyard. Their chemicals are animal friendly, he just recommended an hour or so for the product to dry before letting our two dogs outside. I just wanted to do a shout out to Ben & say thank you. We notice the professionalism & hard work ethic, as well as the knowledge to back it. Thank you Ben & Arizona’s Best! We’ll see you soon! Highly recommended!!!

Jack D is our bug guy and he is awesome! Very polite and trustworthy to be in our home when we request inside sprays. Prices for the company are reasonable and never have a problem with my service! Thanks guys.

This company is absolutely terrible! They came to our house on two separate occasions and did absolutely nothing. The technician told me that I needed to purchase peppermint oil and just deal with the problem since we live in Arizona. The company wants to charge a cancellation fee for a service that was not completed. Please never use this company. They are terrible.

Mike came out very quickly and was very informative and helpful. He was kind and respectful of our home and pets. He put my mind at ease with everything we had going on here. We will definitely have him return.

Javier sprays our house once a month and is nothing short of amazing! I have two very young kids and he always works with me if I am not available first thing! He’s great with my 3 year old and his never ending questions, is just so kind and carries on a great conversation. We look forward to “Javier the spray guy” coming!

I've worked with several pest control companies and this one is by far one of the best! We have had 2 different technicians so far and both were spectacular. I called last minute to get termite pretreatment done and they were here first thing in the morning so that I didn't have to reschedule my concrete pour. Would highly recommend!!

When I setup my account with the lady in the office she asked me if I wanted to receive a phone call from the technician when he is on the way instead I received a text message. I had somewhere to go so I called the number I received the message from and got the office spoke to Zack. I explained that I had to go somewhere I left my side gate open can the tech close it after he is done and we would do the inside on the next visit. He assured me he would reach out to the tech and let him know. It was about 15 mins until the tech arrived at the house the ring doorbell picked him up. When I arrived home 5 hours later I found my side gate still open. They obviously don't care as much as I do about protecting my property. Won't have them be coming back will find another company that can do what I ask

Idk man. I only needed the ants gone from the driveway. 3 stars cuz they came back slowly. Granted. Thats probably because the source is my neighbors tree and he couldn't spray their tree. But still. Not having the problem completely gone sucks

I wasmt going to rate this place but google wont leave me alone about it so here it goes ,bought a home in the cg area and after we closed escrow our wifi Installer said we had rats in our crawl space so I called this place on a Saturday and though they say they are open I got a message saying they were closed so I called thier emergency number and got no response till monday by then I had hired a more reliable company that came right out and most of all who is open when they say they are and answers the phone

I have this guys service my house and i found a scorpion 3 weeks later and called them set a time had to leave work early cause this people dont work.around youre schedule and to top it off he sprayed front door and door that goes into the garage wow i fill that was a wast of my time and money i wouldnt recommend this company to my worse enemies

The first appointment they didn't even show up, the second appointment I had to call because they were late, and the third appointment Zac called me and tried to tell me my appointment was for the next day rather than the scheduled day.
