The tech who sprays for weeds does a terrible job, has to come back and re-spray several times, and only works T/W/Th 7-12:00. This schedule doesn’t work for us. And 2. I needed to cancel a pest service at our casa grande home. When I told them - and said I wouldn’t reschedule until spring - they said I would now be charge $25 for every ‘skipped’ treatment. Arizona’s Best Choice Pest & Termite Services is excellent! Ben was on time, educational, & thorough. He started with a warm greeting & explanation on what he was going to do & the importance of why. He sprayed our inside perimeter, then moved to the garage, and finished with the front and backyard. After paying big bucks for five years to the pest company recommended when I bought my new home in Casa Grande, I switched to Branham's. Today I had my initial inspection and my home was sprayed for insects. Mark, the service person, was exceptional. “We were happy with the service we received as a customer. We sold our unit in Palm Creek in 2023 and have been waiting for our refund of $100 since then. My last email to them was Oct, 2023 and they haven't responded. We always paid a year in advance and it shouldn't take 10 mths to send a $100 check to Canada. I want to update this review to say that we did finally receive our refund. Thank you Enterprise.”
