Service was woefully incomplete. Technician was at my 3,500 square foot house for outdoor pest control. As per Wayne's own informational video, this is a 3-part job. The spray was applied sporadically, missing a large majority of the foundation (approximately 80% was untreated). No granular treatment was applied. No "brush service" was performed. I try not to complain too much about customer service but when today was some of the worst I have ever received. Had an appointment for between 12-2 so I planned my day accordingly. Technician called at 9:45 to see if he could possibly come early and I told him that would actually work better for me so I rearranged my day around his request. Got a bill for 12-31-18 for termite check for $75.00. The problem is I am positive that the service was NOT done. The 31st is my birthday. I had the flu that week and was here on the couch almost two weeks before, during, and days after. I would have noticed someone coming to check a bait station 2 feet from me in my floor to ceiling window with open curtains and blinds.
