Terrible waste of money. $320 a year for 1 5 minute inspection once a year.

Always great service, all technicians are very professional and knowledgeable, always on time and so kind and nice to me.

Burnum-Hahn helped us out with our home inspections when we bought. They were great to deal with then. So, we hired them to do a quarterly pest control service for $100 per appointment. The first 1 or 2 services were fine and helped eliminate pests from entering our home. For the 3rd appointment, we were not home, so the technician only sprayed the exterior of our home. I guess he thought that was acceptable to continue doing thereafter. He never once attempted to enter our home for any appointments after to inspect if there were any bugs and see if his work was actually doing the job. It did not. We had spiders, roaches, and several other rodents in our home. It didn't take long to notice the poor quality of work. So, I cancelled after being a customer for 1 year. No one called or even cared enough to ask why or try to keep my business. I would not recommend this company to do any pest control services. The quality of work is subpar. We have found another company to handle our pest control services and are glad we no longer use Burnum-Hahn.

Do not recommend. I was emailed a statement for payment, confused I responded to the email requesting an explanation, I was told by Victorie that it is for quarterly termite services that was preformed on 1 May but no one was home. I work remote and am home all day. I reviewed my security cameras to verify and boom…no activity in my yard in the front or back. It seems they practice unethical standards to make you think your property is being serviced when it actually isn’t.

Cannot say enough about this company! Everyone from the service technicians to the office staff are professional, friendly and responsive. Our technician CARL is wonderful to work with and Dwight has been equally amazing. Highly recommend!

I have used BurnumHauhn for years. They are a great company. We use them for our termite inspection mostly. Would use them for any other service offered if need be. They are reasonably priced. Their service people are pleasant and helpful. They are a great company!

This company used to be excellent. I had both termite and pest control services with them for over eight years and remained a loyal customer the entire time. Unfortunately, that loyalty has not been reciprocated. Over the past few years, there has been a noticeable decline in customer commitment and overall service—from the front office staff to the technicians and management. I no longer felt valued as a customer, just another address on a route. I spent three months trying to reschedule a pest control appointment and repeatedly received no callbacks and no resolution. That level of communication is unacceptable. Even more concerning, when another company inspected my property, they discovered that six of my termite bait stations were either broken or completely empty. I would never have known if they hadn’t pointed it out. It feels like customer service has been replaced with empty promises. I’ve spoken with several neighbors and friends who have experienced similar issues, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. It’s disappointing to see a company that was once so reliable decline this way. Customers are the reason a business succeeds, and in a place like Tuscaloosa where there are plenty of options, service and accountability matter. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and hope they eventually refocus on the customers who keep them in business.
