Cook's Pest Control

I just canceled my service with Cook's after having a very awful experience with them for the past almost year or so. I know a lot of people say "I don't normally leave bad reviews on here but..." I actually don't. Anyone can see that I usually leave really good reviews, but this company has left me frustrated and when I canceled with them the guy didn't even spray the last time he came by and I know he didn't because I went outside after he left and the ground was completely dry. I went with this company because they assured me that they would take care of the noise that I was hearing in my attic and told me that it was mice. After I signed a contract and they came back to service my house, they told me that they could NOT get in my attic because it's against their policy. So they opened up my attic and planted sticky tacks to catch the "mice". I later found out that it's actually something bigger than mice and they informed me that do not service anything other than pes

Well we were not happy with what we dealt with at the very beginning of moving into our home and a one time pest spray was $150 which I'd insane since we were going to have a termite bond with them. So of course I want to use my old pest control man. They said they would be by to get their termite trap things but that's been almost three weeks ago. They are still on my front porch where our new guy left them. I have tried calling multiple times but their line is busy.
