We had a bond,contract with them.. there was some rotten wood.. me,dad & some one else going to fix it. Seal,plastic was in place Instead of the bond been paid like suppose to.. we turned it into insurance company . We never got paid We spent our money on repairs. And reported something. Sent email to office. I was told I wax harassing.. said I like to start stuff.. no. I am just honest. When someone is wrong u get held accountable.. lot of drama on company time. And no respect. That termite bond.. some one prob keep the money .. and the chemical they spray .. said it’s only good for one rotent .. take caution please

Love this company. Small local business. Faye is wonderful to work with on phone, always kind and calm. Austin is the one doing the work inspecting and spraying for a few years now at our properties. He takes time to patiently explain things, and has always been super helpful. Owner Derrick Watkins is a great guy, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Ace!
