I had a great experience with my technician, Calvin. He was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how he followed up about a previous issue—he made sure to ask if the problem we thought was a water leak had been resolved. That level of care and attention means a lot. Overall, excellent service and very professional!

Good people, never rude, always very seemingly outgoing, but the level of work efficiency and outcome results were very subpar. I had a lot higher hopes with the reviews that I saw from this company. We didn’t have crazy infestations, we just kept struggling with ants targeting our home and each time they came out there To “treat”, It got profoundly worse. Back to treating them myself, and already in a week, 200% better. To whoever is reading this, just be careful who you allow to come in your home and do pest treatments. Some use baits and though a poison bait is effective, it can ramp up infestations in certain scenarios, and the attractant to the bait can far outweigh the elimination from the poison. Again, nothing wrong with the integrity of the people of this company, just nothing effective in the treatment process.

You guys dropped the ball. From viewing other reviews, it seems you do not have a system in place to show if your clients treatments have/have not been performed and that is bad when you only do these treatments every 4 months. Then the client has to call and advise that we did not have our treatment done! My treatment was 2 wks past due and I still had to wait a week before someone could come out. The Rep asked if I was having any issues and I advised on my issues. When the tech came out, he only took care of my issues and did not do my 4 month treatment? I called the Tech and he was not aware that I had not had my 4 month treatment. He was nice enough to come back and do the treatment, however, he was not very thorough on the removal of the spiderwebs.

Today I was for the first time disappointed in my service and I called my severcer back and explained what I needed him to come back and do. He said he would and has not returned to do what was discussed. He said that the report he had was only for 1 thing. I pay for the service I signed up for $69.00 a month and I understand its every 4 months I get treatment. So with that amount of money Im expecting a full service treatment. I've been a customer for over 3 years. I just want the quality to be consistent with the amount Im paying for.

I used Prewett Pest Control for two years and had good service. Sadly, the last two months they have missed their service appointments without excuse. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor who was to return my call. The next day, after not receiving a callback, I terminated my service.

services started out great… 2 years later the prices continued to rise while the quality and communication of services declined. cancelled due to my home not being serviced when it was scheduled to. I don’t think customers should be the ones to call and remind that their home is due to be serviced every time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…. Do not use them. I pissed away $400 on what?? I called then to cancel and she just was like “okay, address?” I’m like I deserve a refund of this month and she no. The IRONY….. 😤😤😤🤬 so glad I can talk bad about this business now and I hope nobody uses them

Son came home with bedbugs after his service ended in the Marines. I called this pest control company to come and treat and quoted me for over a $1,000 for one room. The chemicals were nauseating after treatment. They left before I came back, used my shop vac, left it in the rain and it never worked again. The bedbugs came back soon after. They charged me again to treat and the bugs came back. The regional manager called me and was going to credit me back partially and said he would send a check. The check never came and I had to figure out another way to rid my beautiful clean home of these evil bugs. My home was treated by myself the next day and we have been bedbug free for I think about 3 years now. Sorry for the delay of the review but I wanted to make sure 1. Bugs are gone and 2. An accurate review. I would not recommend this company to my friends, family or foes. They lie and just want to take your money. Waited 3 years and still no partial refund.
They do not get rid of pests, especially roaches. I do not recommend them because the roach infestation had gotten worse after they serviced my home.

When I first started using them I thought they were good but most of the time they never followed up in 2 weeks I was getting ready to try someone else n they showed up today I’m going to wait n see how long it takes for them to return if not n 10 days I’m moving on
