Watch out for these people and their marketing department - they are unscrupulous! They have barraged my home with "Statements" stating "PAST DUE" "PLEASE REMIT" with a fake bill showing I owe $225. I have never requested their services and my only contact with them was to request that I be removed from their mailing list. This request was ignored. I’m 75 years old and have used quite a few service companies over the years, but none have been as dependable and pleasant as this pest control company. My technician, Owen, is absolutely wonderful! Just had our home serviced for the first time by Apex, we switched from another local company. The old company did a good job, but the service didn’t match the price tag. I really like that Apex does quarterly service and doesn’t lock you into a contract. Tyler was friendly, on-time, and thorough. I’ll recommend them to others looking to make the switch for sure!
