Wendy is wonderful to talk to when scheduling and the service guys know the difference in the species of bugs and how to treat each one so they are gone for good! We began using Prowess Pest because they use organic products, not harmful to pets or humans. They are wonderful to work with. They give you a reminder call a day or two before your treatment day. They clean the porches of spider webs and if the roaches are still bothersome after a week or so, they are happy to come back to treat further. I highly recommend Prowess!

Devin showed up on time and did a thorough job with spraying my place. He is very informative and answered all of my questions. Prowess has amazing customer, down to Mrs. Wendy. She left messages for me when I couldn’t pick up the phone and that shows how much I am valued as a customer! You honestly can not go wrong with choosing Prowess. Amazing company. They will keep my business for sure.

Devin is very thorough and personable. I wish the bug spray solution would last a little longer, however, I am only getting quarterly services. However, Devin has done a great job!!!

Great customer service, we just bought a house and had Japanese lady bugs infestation, after lots of home remedies to keep them away. I call Prowess and they showed up the same day on time and took the time to explain the process and the products they were using to guaranteed the safety of my family including my pets. Will continue using their service.

Amazing customer service! Highly recommend Prowess! Was very impressed by the questions and tour of my house and yard during my initial consultation, so I signed up for their quarterly service as recommended by Mr. Toone. Due to a major re-landscape project of my front yard, I had a bad bug problem in my house. Called Prowess to come back out for a retreat between my quarterly service appointments, and someone was there in 24 hours... AND on time! Best of all, I think all of the bugs in my house and yard have packed up and moved next door because I don't see anymore bugs in my house or yard and I hear a lot of screaming coming from my neighbor's house now. Seriously... hire these guys! You won't be disappointed when they make you feel like you are the only customer they have.
